In collaboration with China Cultural Centre, Ding Yi presents Happy Chinese New Year Concert 2020, on 8 Feb 2020 (Sat) with two show timings (3.30pm and 7.30pm), the concerts is led by the ensemble’s Assistant Conductor Wong De Li, Dedric, featuring two Ding Yi’s musicians, percussionist Derek Koh Wen Jun and huqin musician Chia Wan Hua and special appearance by local singer-songwriter, Nathan Hartono!
This concert series, in its fifth series, has been presenting a myriad of Chinese classical music through challenging new interpretations while riding on festivity, and is one of Ding Yi’s platforms to cultivate interest and appreciation of a uniquely Singapore Chinese chamber music.
