Imagine spending a night glamping amid manta rays, tropical fish, and the gentle rhythm of the sea. That fantasy is now a reality with the relaunch of Ocean Dreams, the signature, one-of-a-kind overnight experience at the newly reopened Singapore Oceanarium at Resorts World Sentosa (RWS). Featuring upgraded glamping tents, immersive behind-the-scenes access, and a strong focus on conservation, Ocean Dreams invites friends, families, and marine enthusiasts to enjoy an unforgettable school holiday or year-end retreat beneath the ocean.
Ocean Dreams will take place over four select weekends between November and December 2025, inviting guests to enjoy a two-day, one-night stay inside the Singapore Oceanarium. Nestled among the stunning marine displays, guests will stay in specially furnished glamping tents. Check-in begins at 4 pm on Day 1, with check-out by 11 am the next morning.
Each tent is carefully designed for comfort, featuring air-conditioning, plush bedding, convenient amenities, warm lighting, bedside lamps, charging ports, and a basket filled with snacks and drinks. Families will also enjoy the dedicated children’s corner, complete with storybooks, marine-themed board games, badge-making kits, and colouring sheets to keep little ones entertained.
Two tent types are available:
Signature Tent: accommodates up to 4 guests at S$1,800 per tent.
Deluxe Tent: accommodates up to 8 guests at S$3,800 per tent, with a 270° view of the Open Ocean Habitat, private lounge, kids’ activity corner and hot beverage station. Guests who book the Deluxe Tent will also be able to embark on a private tour of the oceanarium.
Mastercard holders enjoy 10% off their booking.
The experience isn’t just about where you sleep, it’s about what you see and learn. Guests will embark on exclusive guided tours (front-of-house and behind-the-scenes), including zones like Ancient Waters and Singapore’s Coast. Support areas such as the Aquarist Lab, Feed Preparation Room and Coral Fragment Room are also accessible offering the rare chance to peek behind the curtain of marine operations. Up-close animal encounters such as manta ray feeding session deepen the connection to ocean life. Dining is covered too: a gourmet dinner buffet, a late-night snack basket, and a hearty breakfast all within the immersive aquatic environment.
Staying in a glamping tent beside the vast Open Ocean Habitat is nothing short of magical. As daylight fades and the crowds depart, the marine world takes on a quiet intensity: jellyfish drift like lanterns, sharks begin their slow patrols and rays drift effortlessly through deep blue. Setting up camp here feels more like entering a story than a staycation.
The behind-the-scenes tours provide a rare window into the workings of the oceanarium. Whether it’s learning that over 1,500 kg of food is prepared weekly for marine animals or seeing how coral fragments are carefully propagated, the educational element elevates the experience beyond a sleep-over into something meaningful. The children’s activity station, personalised take-home goodies (eye mask, socks, enamel pin, printed photograph) and family-friendly touches make it accessible and memorable for all ages.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the glamping setup strikes the perfect balance between comfort and novelty. Every moment feels fully immersive, from observing the marine life outside our tent to taking part in the educational behind-the-scenes tour. Seeing the aquarists at work and witnessing the manta ray feeding up close added a fascinating, hands-on element that deepened our appreciation for ocean conservation. With limited slots available (10 Signature tents and 1 Deluxe tent per session) and specialised content, booking early is highly recommended to secure this unique experience.
