As the Year of the Horse approaches, Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant celebrates its 30th anniversary with an exquisite line-up of Lunar New Year specialities that celebrate culinary heritage, festive traditions, and family togetherness.

At TOP of UOB Plaza, diners can experience the Prosperity Sturgeon Caviar and Fugu Yusheng with Organic Fresh Greens, a refined creation exclusive to this outlet. The delicately sliced fugu, a specialty championed by the restaurant since 2016, is paired with pesticide-free organic greens grown through sustainable farming. A crown of premium sturgeon caviar adds luxurious depth, while the refreshing balsamic-honey dressing ties the dish together in perfect harmony.

Other Lunar New Year highlights at UOB Plaza include the comforting Double-Boiled Fugu Soup with Moutai, simmered for over eight hours to achieve delicate sweetness lifted by the aromatic Kweichow Moutai “Golden Prince,” Steamed Live Abalone with Kurobuta Pork & Salted Threadfin, the homely Braised Mackerel in Sichuan Spicy Sauce, and the vibrant Fragrant Pearl Rice with 30-Year Aged Radish in Whole Pumpkin, a nostalgic feast of flavours.

Meanwhile, at PARKROYAL on Beach Road, the festive menu includes the colourful Double Prosperity Yusheng with Smoked Salmon & Crispy Fish Skin, layered with shredded vegetables, silky smoked salmon, and house-fried fish skin. Diners can also enjoy Stir-Fried Lobster with Diced Chilli & Cashew Nuts, Black Truffle Stir-Fried Vegetables with Lily Bulb & Macadamia Nuts, the communal Treasure Pen Cai, and the signature Roasted Crispy Suckling Pig, available in Ginger & Spring Onion or Salt & Pepper.

Available from 12 January to 7 March 2026, Lunar New Year set menus start from $128 per person at PARKROYAL on Beach Road and $158 per person at TOP of UOB Plaza. Diners with a minimum spend of $2,000 will receive a box of Auspicious Signature Bak Kwa ($48.80) and a bottle of Kweichow Moutai “Golden Prince” ($168), making the celebrations even more special.
