The new outlet blends rich Singaporean classics with exciting additions such as handcrafted Peranakan kuehs, artisanal coffee, and a seafood-focused menu launching in phases from July offering an experience designed for both international visitors and local diners.

Chatterbox first launched in 1971 rose to fame with its Mandarin Chicken Rice, widely regarded as one of the best in Singapore to this day. Chatterbox’s long-standing history is a testament to its dedication to perfecting the essence of local favourites in a city where trends ebb and flow daily and its latest outpost, Chatterbox Café will embody that vision and mission distinctly. At its new home in Resorts World Sentosa, at Weave, the restaurant will continue to honour its legacy evolving for a new generation of diners, offering more options and delving into a cafe-inspired dessert menu. You’d be curious to know more about Chatterbox’s addition of Café to its name! It’s simply a playful nod to distinguish from its flagship, Chatterbox, at Hilton Singapore Orchard. A Reimagined Local Experience
The new Chatterbox Café pays tribute to traditional tastes while embracing modern sensibilities. Diners can look forward to signature favourites such as the Mandarin Chicken Rice, now available at an exclusive price of S$23++. In a special nod to its Resorts World Sentosa debut, select classic dishes are being offered at specially reduced prices—available only at this location.
True to its name, Chatterbox Café is where conversations flow as effortlessly as the culinary experience unfolds. In honour of its name, Chatterbox Café, it was only apt.
In this iteration, a nostalgic Peranakan Kueh and a curated coffee and tea menu takes centre-stage for that tea-time indulgence. Celebrating Singapore’s rich heritage flavours, a curated selection of Peranakan Kuehs such as Sago Bandung and Sarang Semut makes an appearance. Crafted daily in-store with cherished recipes handed down through generations, the Peranakan Kuehs are love letters to Singapore and form a distinctive portion of the menu. Grab a platter priced at S$13++ for an assortment of the best picks. Featuring bright and bold in the menu, Chatterbox Café will also be selling these delectable bites as a gifting option to bring home to friends and family.
The expanded menu will prominently feature seafood, highlighting another of the city’s most beloved dishes. Launching in phases, indulge in Chatterbox’s iconic Chilli Crab S$168++ (1.2-1.4kg each), which will be exclusively available for a limited time only at Chatterbox Café daily for the month of July. The chilli crab is drenched in a mildly spicy tomato-based sauce and stars Sri Lankan mud crabs that are fresh and fleshy. Kicking off from September, the seafood menu will introduce more crab flavours such as Black Pepper Sauce and Golden Fragrance
“Kam Heong” Sauce. The menu from September will also expand into its seafood offerings such as the Sambal Tiger Prawns S26++, prepared with the essential “wok-hei” for an authentic Singaporean taste. Quench your thirst with the signature Chatterbox Coconut Shake, S$9++ a must-try, made with fresh ingredients and crunchy coconut bits.
