Edge, the award-winning buffet restaurant at Pan Pacific Singapore, introduces its exclusive ‘Surf & Turf’ dinner experience, available from 6 to 29 March 2026, every Friday through Sunday evening. Thoughtfully crafted by Executive Chef Andy Oh and his culinary team, the indulgent spread showcases an array of premium selections from both land and sea, complemented by the restaurant’s signature international buffet offerings.

Renowned for its seven dynamic open kitchens, Edge sets the stage for a celebration of flavours that brings together fresh seafood and succulent meats. From the ocean, indulge in charcoal-barbecued Giant Freshwater Prawn, Mud Crab, and Giant Squid, or fresh seafood, which includes Sustainable Boston Lobster, Snow Crab, Pacific Clam, and more. For those seeking regional delights, diners can savour Mala Crawfish and Baby Lobster in a Pot, Jumbo White Clam in Hakka Sweet Wine Broth, Mud Crab Dum Biryani, and Tandoori Fish Tikka. Complementing these are tantalising meat offerings, such as House-smoked Pork Belly and Slow-roasted Prime Rib from our Signature Carving Station, as well as charcoal-barbecued Marinated Lamb T-Bone and Rosemary Spring Chicken. This lavish selection offers a sumptuous feast that seafood and meat lovers are sure to enjoy.
To enhance the experience, a beer package of a bucket of five bottles is available at an additional $78++. Specially brewed by Paulaner Bräuhaus Singapore for Pan Pacific Singapore, The Portman Lager is smooth and full-bodied, complementing the robust flavours of Edge’s ‘Surf and Turf’ spread.
