From 11–14 September, WA! Fest returns for a celebration of all things Western Australia. Held in partnership with Tourism Western Australia and Little Farms, this four-day festival brings the flavours, produce and wines of Western Australia right to Singapore.
The fest will feature farmers’ markets at One Raffles Place and Sentosa Cove, where one can browse fresh WA produce and gourmet treats, from nutrient-rich sea moss to rare endemic honey sourced from WA’s unique biodiversity.
On select days, the public can also enjoy dinner with speciality dishes crafted by Executive Chef Aaron Carr of Western Australian restaurant Yarri. Yarri specialises in modern Australian cuisine that honours nature, seasonality, and WA’s famed Margaret River Region, and diners can expect dishes crafted entirely with Western Australian ingredients.
“WA! Fest is a true celebration of Western Australia’s unique gastronomy and we’re thrilled to bring some of the state’s distinctive and authentic produce and flavours to Singapore,” said Anneke Brown, Tourism WA Managing Director.
“Little Farms is a valued stakeholder in our agrifood sector, and this festival provides a fantastic platform to showcase Western Australia’s premium products to Singapore. We look forward to strengthening our trade relationships and celebrating the quality and diversity of Western Australian produce,” said Sarah Woods, Executive Director, Agribusiness, Food and Trade, Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development.

This November, the second-ever Pair’d will once again transform the Margaret River Region into a celebration of world-class wine, food and music. The festival offers an eclectic line-up of events, with unique tastings, exclusive culinary pairings, and performances.
Key highlights include:
● Nature’s Table: Set beneath the towering karri trees of Tanah Marah, Nature’s Table is a four-course feast crafted from homegrown, seasonal ingredients, with each dish perfectly paired with the region’s leading wines. Celebrated chefs Paul Iskov (Fervor) and Jess Court (Glenarty Road) will collaborate with guest chefs to forage, prepare and serve this year’s menu, which is inspired by the Noongar story of the Emu Plum.
● The Grand Tasting presented by Singapore Airlines: Enjoy a leisurely four-hour wine tasting from Margaret River’s iconic producers, rare vintages, and exclusive winemaker Q&As. Indulge in festival dishes crafted by acclaimed chef Matt Moran and Italian soprano and cookbook author Silvia Colloca. With curated museum wine masterclasses led by Nick Ryan & Erin Larkin, and Perfect Pairing sessions hosted by Tom Parker Bowles, it’s the Margaret River wine scene at its most elegant.
● New Wave Gathering: A fresh take on wine tasting, celebrating the Margaret River Region’s next generation of winemakers with immersive tastings, cutting-edge music, and top street food. This year’s exclusive Spin & Sip sunset event at Skigh Wine pairs low-intervention wines with vinyl DJ sets by Grant Smillie and Alex Dimitriades, alongside expert wine masterclasses featuring Nick Ryan and snacks led by WA’s top chefs & food truck favourites – all set amongst the vines.
