Available through the Watsons official website or Watsons mobile app, the Watsons Pharmacy eConsultation service allows customers to connect with certified Watsons pharmacists for a free, personalised consultation on common health concerns, including minor ailments, travel health advice, and guidance on supplements and medications. Following each consultation, customers can receive personalised recommendations and view detailed information including full price transparency and cost breakdowns when a product is recommended. Where applicable, products can be conveniently ordered online for delivery directly to their doorstep.

The Watsons Pharmacy eConsultation service provides professional support for common, non-emergency health concerns such as:

Eye conditions such as allergic conjunctivitis and dry eye
Skin and hair conditions, such as eczema, allergies, and hair loss
All consultations are conducted securely and confidentially, with end-to-end encryption and strict data privacy protocols to ensure customers’ safety and peace of mind.
How the Watsons Pharmacy eConsultation Service works:
Step 1: Visit the Watsons website or Watsons mobile app to access the Pharmacy eConsultation service
Step 2: Register and join the consultation queue
Step 3: Speak directly with a certified Watsons pharmacist
Step 4: Purchase recommended products online and have them delivered straight to your preferred address
Customers will be required to present a valid photo ID during the e-consultation process when purchasing pharmacy-only medications online. Each consultation typically lasts around 15 minutes, depending on the complexity of the enquiry.
Convenient Delivery and Secure Payment
Customers can choose from a wide selection of pharmacy-only and over-the-counter medications, including cough and cold remedies, gastric medications, pain relievers, eczema relief creams, antihistamines, and health supplements such as fish oil and glucosamine. Payments can be made securely online using VISA or MasterCard debit or credit cards, with three delivery options available:
Express (within 3 hours of order)
Same Day Delivery between 6 pm – 10 pm
Next Business Day (orders must be made before 3 pm)
The Watsons Pharmacy eConsultation service is available to all residing in Singapore, Mondays to Fridays, from 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM (excluding public holidays). Customers under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the consultation.
