A Holistic Refresh
As part of the AEI and launch of Eat@W, West Mall’s logo was refreshed. The combined “W” and “M” icon, with its bold and vibrant colours, project youthfulness and energy, symbolising dynamism and progress. This refreshed identity aims to attract the younger demographic from the new Tengah neighbourhood while remaining a hub for multi-generational families and the wider community.

Located at the mall’s basement one, Eat@W features over 20 new food & beverage and retail options, including popular local and international eateries. New-to-market dining concepts such as Singapore’s first GOCHIYA (#B1-14) outlet offer unique teppanyaki experiences while Lao Ma Ban Mian (#B1-K10/K23) will delight diners with their specialty noodle dishes.
West Mall now offers a diverse array of culinary delights, with the mall’s net lettable area (“NLA”) increasing by 13% with the additional 22,000 square feet of NLA at basement one.
Designed for a Sustainable Community
The open plaza at level one has been transformed into a vibrant, sheltered community space, designed to host activities such as mass workouts and seasonal events. It also offers a direct sheltered connection from Bukit Batok MRT station to the mall, providing a more seamless and convenient experience for shoppers.
In line with SingLand’s sustainability efforts, four charging points were installed at the mall’s basement two earlier this year. This is part of the Group’s plan to ramp up electric vehicle charging facilities by 25 per cent across its properties, providing drivers with more green mobility options.
