To celebrate this coming Mid-Autumn Festival, Swensen’s is bringing back its pioneering mochi-snowskin Ice Cream Mooncakes featuring a newly-improved, first-of-its-kind chewy mochi-like skin which is also delightfully flavoured; making each round-shaped nugget double-flavoured, in both its delicate skin and ‘filling’ of the well-loved Swensen’s ice cream, that customers may pick from eight enticing flavours, including two NEW ones: Maple Macchiato and Black Milk Tea!
Swensen’s has also exclusively collaborated with talented artists from The Art Faculty (TAF) this year to launch the limited-edition Furoshiki wrap packaging for the brand’s well-loved Box of 4 mochi-snowskin Ice Cream Mooncakes, available in three beautiful prints designed by TAF’s gifted artists, at limited quantities. TAF is a social enterprise run by not-for-profit charity Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) that is dedicated to serving persons on the autism spectrum. Not just any CSR project, this initiative is aimed at celebrating the unique perspectives and abilities of TAF’s special talents, and a portion of the sales proceeds will be channelled to the artists to support their work, this is an opportunity that the brand saw to provide sustainable commercial support for these artists.
