Civil Service Club (CSC) is partnering with beloved local creator Wang Shijia to bring her iconic character, Ang Ku Kueh Girl, to this year’s Lunar New Year celebrations. This collaboration introduces Ang Ku Kueh Girl as a thematic concept through the Club’s Lunar New Year Bazaar and across all CSC clubhouses, providing a joyful and festive experience for all.

At the heart of the collaboration is a limited-edition red packet set featuring all 12 Chinese zodiac animals reimagined through Ang Ku Kueh Girl’s signature style. Each design incorporates the character’s iconic bonnet along with an auspicious wordplay of each zodiac sign. The red packets can be redeemed for a limited time, from 26 January 2026, and while stocks last. Redeem a set through membership sign-up or renewal, booking a chalet stay with CSC, or by spending $60 at the CSC Lunar New Year Bazaar 2026. CSC members and public officers who have pre-registered for the Lunar New Year Bazaar 2026 can also stand a chance to receive a special CSC x Ang Ku Kueh Girl orange carrier.

The collaboration will come to life at the CSC Lunar New Year Bazaar 2026 at CSC @ Tessensohn on 31 January 2026. Visitors can look forward to a storytelling session for children by Shijia, sharing tales from the illustrated book series of Ang Ku Kueh Girl and Friends. Adding to the vibrant atmosphere, visitors can look forward to a meet-and-greet session with the Ang Ku Kueh Girl mascot to capture delightful memories at the bazaar. To complete the experience, read about your zodiac forecast with Ang Ku Kueh Girl representing all of the zodiac animals!

Visitors to the CSC Lunar New Year Bazaar 2026 can also shop from over 30 food stalls and bazaar booths, featuring merchants such as Baker’s Brew, Everbloom Artistry, and Royce Fruits. Visitors of all ages can enjoy exciting activities such as traditional lion dance performance, feng shui talk, auspicious calligraphy writing, balloon sculptures, and arcade games. For those keen on learning festive delicacies such as Fu Gui Man Tang (Abundance of Wealth) and XO Lohei Special, a gourmet workshop by Chef Lisa will be held on the same day, at a fee of $35 for CSC members and $30 for public officers and guests.
