Town Restaurant at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore Brings Authentic Hong Kong Flavours to Singapore from 16 to 31 October 2026

The Fullerton Hotels and Resorts presents its first Singapore Hong Kong culinary collaboration between The Fullerton Hotel Singapore  and The Fullerton Hotel Ocean Park Hong Kong, bringing a taste of Hong Kong to Singapore from 16 to 31 October 2026.

For a limited time, Town Restaurant will showcase a specially curated selection of authentic Hong Kong favourites created in collaboration with Chef Joy Lui, Sous Chef at The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong. Presented alongside Town Restaurant’s popular ‘Treasures of the Sea’ Buffet Dinner, the showcase invites diners to discover some of Hong Kong’s most beloved comfort foods, street side delights and traditional desserts without leaving Singapore.

“The collaboration reflects the shared commitment of both Fullerton properties to delivering memorable dining experiences that celebrate the unique flavours and cultures of their destinations. By bringing signature tastes from Hong Kong to Singapore, guests can enjoy an authentic culinary journey inspired by one of Asia’s most vibrant food capitals, ” says Mr Gino Tan, Country General Manager of Fullerton Hotels and Resorts.

A Taste of Hong Kong at Town Restaurant

Drawing inspiration from Hong Kong’s bustling cha chaan teng, neighbourhood eateries and street food culture, the menu showcases a selection of dishes that define the city’s culinary identity.

Highlights include the aromatic Typhoon Shelter Prawn, inspired by Hong Kong’s iconic harbour-side cooking traditions, Chinese Sausage and Pork Belly Claypot Rice, prized for its smoky fragrance and comforting richness. Guests can also savour Hong Kong-style Baked Pork Chop Rice , a beloved classic that has become synonymous with its distinctive café culture and other signature dishes including the Braised Beef Brisket with White Radish, Curry Fish Balls and Satay Beef Noodles bringing together flavours that generations of Hong Kong locals have grown up with and continue to enjoy today.

Street Food Favourites and Cantonese Desserts

No journey through Hong Kong’s culinary landscape would be complete without its popular street-side snacks and traditional desserts.

Freshly prepared Hong Kong Egg Waffles offer a taste of one of the city’s most recognisable snacks, while Chilled Mango Pomelo Sago and Double Skin Milk Pudding provide a sweet finale rooted in Cantonese culinary tradition.

Complementing the experience is the Hong Kong Iced Milk Tea with Red Beans and Grass Jelly, quintessential cha chaan teng beverage.

Alongside an abundant seafood spread, the dinner buffet offers diners an inviting setting to gather, savour, and indulge over a memorable evening.
