WhatIF Foods was launched in 2020 with a mission to reinvent the way we create our favourite foods, has a variety of products from instant noodles, soups to shakes all created to be tasty and nutritious that nourishes people and nurtures the planet.
The plant-based noodles are lower in saturated fat, high in plant-protein and deliver substantially more fibre content than comparable brands, and packed with flavours that do not make use of MSG, preservatives, or artificial colours. WhatIF Noodles are made with Bambara groundnuts, a crop that regenerates you and our planet.
WhatIF BamNut NoodBox comes with four flavours consisting of BamNut Pumpkin Noodles with Cheeky Curry Seasoning, BamNut Charcoal Noodles with Shroom Pepper Seasoning, BamNut Noodles with Sweet Hot Seasoning for a bit of spice, along with a dash of caramel sweetness that comes from traditional Kecap Manis (Indonesian sweet soy sauce) and Moringa Noodles with Sesame & Garlic Seasoning that gives a hint of sesame and a vegetal aroma which may remind you of green tea.
The two new flavours, BamNut Pumpkin noodles comes with Cheeky Curry Seasoning with a burst of bold flavours and BamNut Charcoal noodles are paired with Shroom Pepper Seasoning, a timeless combination of earthy mushrooms and heat from black pepper.
It is very easy to cook the noodles, simply cook the noodles in 500ml of boiling water and let the noodles simmer for 3 – 5 minutes. Mix all the seasoning, sauce and oil in a bowl while the noodles are cooking. Next strain the noodles, mix well with all the seasoning and serve. You can put your favourite ingredients to go along with the noodles. We enjoy the noodles, it has a springy and chewy texture, brings even more flavour when mixed with the seasoning. What’s more, glad to know that we can now indulge in delicious instant noodles knowing that it is more nutritious, contains more protein and fibre and has lesser saturated fats as compared to other regular instant noodles.
