Send Pelago the screenshot of your original booking made outside Pelago, and Pelago will give you back what you would have gotten if you had booked with them, either 10% in savings or 8 KrisFlyer miles per dollar. You’ll receive a promo code for that value, which you can use on your next Pelago booking.
Step 1: SEND YOUR ORIGINAL BOOKING
Email a screenshot of your booking made outside Pelago to [email protected] with the price, activity date, and activity name clearly visible. The activity must be priced under SCD 1,000, and the activity date must be after 1 November 2025.
Step 2: CHOOSE YOUR REWARDS
Choose between a dollar-off discount or bonus KrisFlyer miles (8 miles per dollar).
In your email subject, write CLAIM MY CASH for a discount, or CLAIM MY MILES for bonus miles. A promo code will be sent to your email by 29 October.
Use them on your next Pelago booking and get your value back.
Example:
You made a booking for Disneyland Hong Kong on another platform, valued at SGD 135.
If you had booked on Pelago, you would have earned either 10% off (SGD 13.50) or 1,080 KrisFlyer miles (based on 8 miles per dollar).
Pelago will issue you a promo code for 1,080 bonus KrisFlyer miles or a SGD 13.50 discount code.
You can apply this promo code on your next booking on Pelago. The bonus KrisFlyer miles you get will be earned on top of the base miles earned.
