Explore rhythm through movement, visual cues and vibration in a workshop led by a Deaf dancer and choreographer, play football guided by sound, or have your portrait sketched live while communicating through gestures with artists with disabilities.

Enabling Lives Festival (ELF) 2026 invites visitors to try something new and discover different ways to communicate, play and connect.
Organised by SG Enable, the festival returns on 28 and 29 November 2026 with over 70 programmes across its new Inclusive Neighbourhood experience in Redhill as well as its Festival Hub at Enabling Village.
Through fun and engaging activities in art, sport and play, visitors can learn more about disability inclusion and pick up practical ways to communicate, offer assistance and connect with persons with disabilities.

Some of the Highlights include:
Inclusive Sports: A familiar sport can teach more than sporting skills. At Delta Sport Centre, visitors can practise blind football using sound and spatial awareness, try inclusive pickleball, sitting volleyball alongside players of different abilities, or learn bocce from Special Olympics athletes.

Dance, create and play in new ways: Deaf dancer and choreographer “Ameezy” leads a workshop discovering rhythm through movement, visual cues and vibration.
At the Portrait Café, visitors can connect with artists with ADHD, autism or cerebral palsy through gestures and visual cues as their portraits are sketched ‘live’. They can also put their chess skills to the test against national para chess player Edwin Tan, who plays two opponents simultaneously using tactile chessboards.
Shop with purpose: Browse the largest i’mable Collective Market yet. Discover original art, handmade goods and everyday essentials from more than 50 brands across two days, featuring work by creatives with disabilities and their caregivers.
Multi-sensory Theatre Experience: Step into a forest with your little explorers. Hu木an invites children aged three to five into a 45-minute sensory theatre adventure involving touch, sound, smell and taste, inspired by the National Museum of Singapore’s William Farquhar Collection of Natural History Drawings.
Practical guidance for everyday encounters: In Guiding Steps: Human Guide x Guide Dog, facilitators with visual impairment lead participants through a neighbourhood route using specialised eyewear and white canes, teaching appropriate guiding techniques. Participants can also meet guide dogs and their handlers.
