Our team attended the food tasting session conducted by Changi Airport and brings to you, four fabulous restaurants together with their signature dishes as follows:
1) Soup Restaurant Heritage (Terminal 2, Public Area, Level 3)
Salmon Yu Sheng
This is an uniquely Singapore dish, traditional Salmon Yu Sheng in Tangy Citrus sauce. Salmon Yu Sheng is priced at $30.80 (S), $38.80 (M), $45.80 (L).

Samsui Ginger Chicken with Two Treasures Chicken, this dish was steamed without much seasoning, you can dipped in the ginger sauce before eating. The taste is further enhanced with the fragrant ginger sauce which is a tasty compliment to the smooth, tender chicken. Samsui Ginger Chicken with Two Treasures is priced at $68 (S), $98 (L).
Seafood Treasure Pot with U.S. Lobster, this is a delightful pot that is prepared with choice ingredients such as U.S lobster, 10 head Braised Abalone, Dried Scallop, Sea Cucumber, Shitake Mushrooms, Fish Maw, Roasted Pork and other wholesome goodness. It is a huge pot full of premium ingredients that the whole family will enjoy! Seafood Treasure Pot with U.S. Lobster is priced at $258.
Traditional Steamed Rice with Six Gems is prepared in a tedious process involving braising and stewing the individual ingredients consisting of steamed glutinous rice filled with flavourful, choice ingredients like supreme Chinese sausage, braised mushroom, chestnut & braised pork. This is a juicy and flavorful pot of goodness that makes you crave for more! Traditional Steamed Rice with Six Gems is priced at $36 (M), $48 (L).

2) Peach Garden (Terminal 2, Public Area, Level 3)
Peach Garden Salmon Yu Sheng
The Salmon Yu Sheng is filled with colourful and assorted vegetables filled with abundance of shredded carrot, radish and preserved vegetables, accompanied with fresh sliced Salmon, crispy golden crackers, Yusheng oil and sweet sauce. This is suitable for 8 – 10 persons. Peach Garden Salmon Yu Sheng is priced at $98++ (L), $68++ (S).
Peach Garden Deluxe Pen Cai
This is a deluxe and sumptuous pot consisting of Baby Abalone, Tientsin Cabbage, Cloud Fungus, Pork Belly, Roasted Sliced Duck, Yam, Mushroom, Sea Cucumber, Dried Oyster, Prawn, Scallop, Black Moss. Good for 10 persons. Peach Garden Deluxe Pen Cai is priced at $398++

Prosperity Smoked Salmon Yu Sheng
This is a classic traditional yusheng paired with premium Norwegian smoked salmon for a savory touch, diners will enjoy this balanced combination drizzled with the restaurant’s self-concocted sauce for a sweet start to the new year! Prosperity Smoked Salmon Yu Sheng available as Ala Carte priced at $32.80++ (M), $56.80++ (L).
Double-Boiled Nourishing Collagen Brazilian Mushroom Soup
This nourishing soup has been simmered for hours with black chicken, superior fish maw, ginseng and Brazilian mushroom, the collagen broth is enriched with high nutritional value and a bold flavour that will satisfy your plalate!
Ladies will be delighted with the collagen broth that is good for our skin and everyone in the family will enjoy this comforting, highly nutritious and delicious soup. Double-Boiled Nourishing Collagen Brazilian Mushroom Soup only available in exclusive CNY Set Menu starting from $328++ for 6 pax onwards.
Signature Herbal Roast Duck (Angelica)
This dish is Dian Xiao Er’s signature and it uses naturally bred, fine quality Cherry Valley ducks. The ducks are roasted daily with its specially concocted herbal sauce resulting in savoury, juicy and tender flesh and cripsy golden brown skin on the outside. It uses Angelica herbs which help to nourishes the blood and promotes blood circulation, best suited for those who are anaemic. This is an all-time favourite, not to be missed dish for families and we always enjoy this dish whenever we visited the restaurant. Signature Herbal Roast Duck (Angelica) available as Ala Carte: $59.80++ (whole duck).

Prosperity Abalone Yu Sheng
Imagine tossing Yu Sheng with abalone, try this unique Yu Sheng. All its ingredients are freshly grated at its restaurants and the condiments are prepared daily at Paradise Group’s very own central kitchen to ensure consistency in taste and quality. Prosperity Abalone Yu Sheng is priced at $39.80 (S / Regular, serves up to 6 persons), $62.80 (L, serves up to 12 persons).
Spicy Szechuan Crispy Chicken
Before this dish was served, many at the food tasting told us that they loved this dish. The chicken meat has been deep fried resulting in crispy outer skin but the meat inside remains soft and moist. The crispy chicken is fragrant and very addictive. Good to have it with beer. Spicy Szechuan Crispy Chicken is priced at $16.80.
