Jackson Tan: To me, self-care is the simple act of returning to yourself. It doesn’t have to be elaborate or time-consuming—it’s the quiet pause between responsibilities where you check in with your mind, your skin, and your breath.
We hope to help people like us—the co-founders. Busy. Stretched. Caring for careers, families, businesses, and communities. Managing deadlines and expectations. And somewhere in the blur, we forget to care for the most important person: ourselves. We believe time is the greatest luxury. And today, it’s one most of us can’t afford.

We designed the experience to slow people down, creating opportunities for meaningful conversations with the co-founders and our team, who were present to engage with them. There were touchpoints that encouraged exploration, textures to feel, scents to inhale, and moments of guided stillness. Our aim for shoppers to understand our products not just through information, but through stories, senses, and atmosphere. When we created our products, we believed deeply that the best gift you can give — to yourself or to a loved one — is the gift of self-care. 6. The Rose Dew Hydrating Facial Mask marks ANOTHER LAND’s first official debut at the event. What inspired this product, and how does the collaboration with local farmers in Shanlin reflect the brand’s values of mindful and sustainable self-care?
Jackson Tan: The Rose Dew Hydrating Facial Mask was inspired by the desire to create a product that feels like a moment of revitalising, deeply hydrating, soothing comfort—repair and emotional reset. Delicate floral notes calm the senses, accompanied by a refreshing cooling sensation that is perfect for our warm climate, elevating your self-care ritual.
Crafted in collaboration with local rose farmers in Shanlin, Kaohsiung, it allowed us to work with ingredients grown with extraordinary care, using traditional farming practices that respect both land and community, while also engaging with local women’s groups for meaningful co-working. This collaboration embodies our values: mindful sourcing, meaningful collaborative relationships, and a calmer, slower, more intentional approach to beauty.
7. Pop-ups are about more than just products—they’re about experience. What kind of self-care moments or feelings do you hope visitors will take away from spending time at ANOTHER LAND’s booth?
Jackson Tan: We hope visitors leave our booth feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to themselves. Even a few minutes of mindful interaction can shift your energy, and that’s the essence of ANOTHER LAND.
