Embark on a culinary journey at Feng Shui Inn (风水廷) with Executive Chef Li Kwok Kwong (李国光执行主厨). The Eternal Fortune Menu (金玉满堂) (S$288++ per person) features prized ingredients in dishes such as Double-boiled Imperial Bird’s Nest, Fresh Crab Meat, Superior Stock (八面春风 高汤蟹肉炖官燕); Stewed 6 Head South Africa Abalone, Sea Cucumber stuffed Shrimp Paste (双星并辉 红烧南非六头鲍鱼,虾胶酿海参); and Crispy Suckling Pig Fillet, Crispy Crab Claw in Thai Sauce (瑞气祥云 脆皮乳猪件伴泰式酱脆蟹钳).

Lobster, Shredded Taro, Ice Plant Crystalline Yu Sheng, Homemade Aged Vinegar Dressing ($188 per portion)

The Secret Vinegar Lobster with Crispy Taro Threads and Crystal Ice Plant Yu Sheng is a culinary masterpiece. The fresh wild-caught lobster, bathed in a sweet and sour, rich aroma, takes center stage, complemented by the delightful crunch of crispy taro threads. Sea grapes add bursts of flavour, while crystal ice plant brings a refreshing crispness. This dish is a symphony of tastes and textures, offering a sensory delight. 

Classic Auspicious Treasure Pen Cai
8 Head Abalone, Sea Cucumber,
“Lau Fou Shan” Dried Oyster, Whole Conpoy, Teochew Scallop Prawn Rolls, German Pork Knuckle, Roast Pork, Japanese Flower Mushrooms, Pork Tendon, East Star Grouper ($688 for 10 persons)

The Classic Auspicious Treasure Pen Cai is a visual and gastronomic spectacle. Chef’s meticulous attention to detail shines through, with an artful arrangement of fresh, high-quality seafood, including abalone, sea cucumber, premium oysters, top-tier dried scallops, fresh grouper and housemade Chaozhou scallops and shrimp balls. The dish’s complexity is perfectly balanced, offering a sumptuous experience that elevates any auspicious dining affair. A truly indulgent treat for a joyous celebration.

Lotus Root Soup, Kudzu, Dried Oyster and Sea Moss ($18 per person)

The Lotus Root Soup is a rich and nourishing delight, marrying the earthy fragrance of black beans with the subtle sweetness of lotus root. The meticulously crafted broth, simmered for hours, unfolds a complex taste profile. Succulent oysters add richness, making it a must-have soup symbolising good fortune for the New Year.

Stir-fried Tiger Prawns, Dried Oyster, Spring Onion ($48 per portion)

This dish is an umami explosion, blending the natural sweetness of fresh wild-caught tiger prawns with subtly salty notes from sun-dried Flowing Mountain premium oysters. Stir-fried to perfection, it offers a rich and savoury tapestry of taste. The satisfying bite of prawns and tender-crisp texture of onions create a pleasing contrast, making it a standout choice especially for seafood lovers. 


Signature Roasted Crispy Chicken ($32 for half portion)

The Signature Crispy Chicken is a culinary triumph, with a beautiful golden exterior that shatters to reveal juicy, succulent meat. Seasoned with the iconic Hong-Kong style wind and sand mixture, the chicken boasts a perfect balance of saltiness and spiciness. A delightful addition to the Lunar New Year feast.

Golden Ingots Coconut Nian Gao ($16 for three pieces)

The Golden Ingots Coconut Nian Gao is a delightful blend of tradition and taste. Adorable ingot shapes symbolise good fortune and wealth, while a subtle coconut aroma enhances the chewy texture of the glutinous rice cake. A sweet treat that adds a touch of elegance to the festive spread.

Chilled Red Bean Cake, Coconut Milk ($12 per portion)

The Coconut Red Bean Cake is an essential New Year treat symbolising prosperity and success. Sweet and soft, it harmoniously blends the luscious sweetness of coconut with the earthy richness of red beans. A perfect conclusion to a festive meal, leaving a lingering taste of celebration.
