First new ride, Puss in Boots’ Giant Journey, we are so excited to visit the World’s first Puss In Boots ride right here in Singapore!
Second new ride, : Human vs Cylon is back again at Universal Studios Singapore.
Did we hear shrieks of excitement? Yes, plenty at the ride area.
Hola Amigos! Universal Studios Singapore has the world’s first suspended roller coaster theme “Puss In Boot’s Giant Journey” located at Far Far Away themed zone where visitors can embark on a larger-than-life adventure with Puss in Boots, probably the world’s most famous and well-loved cat.
Upon reaching Puss In Boots’ Giant Journey, visitors will be greeted with a Giant’s Castle which sits ruined, entwined within a giant beanstalk. In the quest, nine lives in the making, all begin when Puss In Boots and Kitty Softpaws start to search for the precious golden eggs in a bid to save San Ricardo’s Orphanage which has fallen on hard times. The ride will send visitors on an exciting journey when they took the ride to take part in this remarkable quest on an anti-gravity swashbuckling flight.

Before taking the ride, for young children there is a height restriction, children between 100cm and 122cm must be accompanied by a supervising companion. Visitors under 122cm may not ride.
You can see how popular Puss In Boots’ Giant Journey ride is as it was very crowded with visitors during our visit. Best time to take the ride when it is less crowded will be early in the morning when Universal Studios Singapore opens its door at 10am and later in the afternoon after 5pm.

Visitors waiting eagerly for their turn to hop into the world’s first Puss In Boots’ Giant Journey ride. Join Puss In Boots and Kitty Softpaws in their quest onboard Humpty Alexander Dumpty’s latest Flying Machine and each flying machine can take up to 9 guests. During your adventure ride, look out for a new character, Tattletale that can only be found at Universal Studios Singapore. Good Luck!
Here comes our ride, we are off to join Puss In Boots and Kitty Softpaws in search of the legendary golden eggs. The whole ride is about 2 minutes and it tells an original tale with 23 animatronics characters. It will set the guests on a thrilling and exciting journey especially with sensations of flight and anti-gravity as they travel their way through the castle.
We have completed our ride, that is so FUN!
The ride is full of surprises with speed, fast turns, with plenty of twists and turns and seeing the animatronics characters of Puss In Boots, Kitty Softpaws, Mother Goose and others coming to live.
We enjoy the ride so much that we take it again and again!

Second new ride returning to Universal Studios Singapore is Battlestar Galactica: Human vs. Cylon is themed after the hit TV series produced by Universal Cable Productions which aired on Syfy for four seasons. The ride is the world’s tallest duelling roller coasters.
The new 2 seater ride will give each rider a more intimate and personal ride experience which will enhance the feeling of speed and thrills. We can be assured of that as we heard shrieks of excitement from the visitors taking the ride as we approached the ride venue.
Battlestar Galactica: Cylon, this is an inverted roller coaster that travels on the blue track. The ride aims to give visitors the thrilling sensation of a near miss with the ground and sudden turns close to building to give visitors the excitement of a near miss.
Battlestar Galactica: Human, this ride features a seated roller coaster that travels on the red track. The ride aims to give visitors a roller coaster experience without inversions. At certain parts of the ride, visitors can experience the sensation when the coaster reaches the speed of up to 90km per hour!
