Peppermint is proud to present ‘Tastes of Malaysia’, where diners are invited to embark on a gastronomic journey with authentic Malaysian cuisine from 11 March until 10 April 2024. Savour an exquisite selection of authentic dishes, prepared by Peppermint’s Chef de Cuisine, Leon Yee, and his Culinary Team. These culinary delights showcase a diverse range of flavours drawn from various states of Malaysia, ensuring a truly immersive dining experience.

Enjoy a selection of all-time-favourites, such as Penang Assam Laksa, Johor San Lou Bee Hoon, Penang Char Kway Teow, KL Chicken Bak Kut Teh with Mushroom, Pan-seared Har Lok Rock Lobster, Hakka Braised Wagyu Beef Belly with Black Fungus, Braised Jacket Fish in Black Bean Sauce with Bitter Gourd, and more!

Peppermint’s Tastes of Malaysia also offers a fusion of regional flavours, showcasing dishes, such as the Panggang Satay Lamb Leg, where the succulent leg of lamb is marinated in a blend of aromatic spice and grilled to perfection, the Rendang Wagyu Beef Short Ribs, which is slow-cooked in fragrant coconut milk and spice paste until tender, the Orang Asli Tribe Ayam Pansoh, a chicken dish cooked in bamboo with aromatic herbs and spices, or the Perak Golden Pillow Bun with Curry Chicken, featuring tender chicken curry enveloped in a fluffy bun, and lots more!

Get transported to the night markets in Malaysia with Peppermint’s wide selection of Malaysian street food favourites, such as Perak Fish Maw Chee Cheong Fan, Grilled Chicken Bak Kwa Bun with Chicken Floss, Ramly-style Beef Burger, Roti Canai Sardine, Truffle Chicken Roti John, and more!

During lunch hours, don’t miss out on the Do-It-Yourself Chendol and Rojak Stations, and daily lunch specials, such as the Golden Pillow Nonya Curry Chicken or Double-boiled Chicken Soup in Whole Coconut, served at your table! During dinner hours, enhance your dining experience at Peppermint by indulging in their meticulously marinated Kambing Panggang (Roast Whole Baby Lamb). This exquisite dish features a whole lamb infused with a harmonious blend of spices and slow-roasted for hours, resulting in a delectable and succulent flavour that will elevate your taste buds to new heights.

Conclude your dining journey with a selection of Malaysian desserts, such as the Putri Ayu – a traditional Malay steamed cake infused with pandan, the Pulut Hitam – a sweet black glutinous rice porridge, and the Bubur Cha Cha – a creamy coconut milk dessert, as well as an assortment of cakes, nonya kueh, and more!

Peppermint’s buffet spread also features the Seafood Island, which boasts an abundance of fresh seafood on ice, including oysters, scallops, crabs, and prawns. At the Japanese Station, guests can enjoy a variety of sashimi and seasonal sushi selections.
