FairPrice Group (FPG) has announced the official opening of its latest FairPrice Finest store at Sembawang Shopping Centre. The new outlet goes beyond traditional grocery offerings. It integrates a Kopitiam Food Hall, The Grocer Bar, and a Unity Pharmacy store-in-store, creating an “all-in-one” destination for shoppers. Satisfying food cravings from casual bites to gourmet delights
The vibrant Kopitiam Food Hall features 14 diverse food stalls, offering a wide array of cuisines to satisfy every palate, from authentic international cuisines to local favourites. Customers get to enjoy prime meats at Flint Specialty Grill, minced meat noodles at Xiang Chi Mian, hot pot at Wu Da Lang, and more.
Customers get to enjoy 10 per cent off their meals when they pay with the FairPrice Group app and redeem Linkpoints to offset their meals. Merdeka Generation, Pioneer Generation and ComCare cardholders can also enjoy a 10 per cent discount on their meals. NTUC members can enjoy the Kopitiam Signature Breakfast Set for $3.00 between 8 am and 11 am daily at Kopi Kiosk.
From now till 14 June 2025, customers will also be able to enjoy over 10 specially selected dishes at $5 each including Hainanese Chicken Rice Set from Fitra, sweet and spicy Chicken Pad Thai from Yuan Wei Thai Cuisine, Roasted Duck Rice from Guan Chee, fragrant Garlic Fried Rice from Kokoro Kiosuku and more1 at Kopitiam Food Hall.
Innovative experiences at The Grocer Bar
Adding a distinctive touch to the store is The Grocer Bar, where shoppers can enjoy an indulgent break with exclusive, handcrafted cocktails and bar bites (in collaboration with Flint Specialty Grill) for a refreshing pick-me-up on their grocery run.
The bar will feature two bespoke cocktails inspired by Sembawang’s rich plantation agriculture and maritime heritage. The Sembawang Shipyard Fizz offers a revitalising twist on a classic cocktail, while the Sembawang Gimlet Cocktail blends bold, aromatic notes influenced by the pepper and pineapple plantations that once flourished in the region.
Bringing an international assortment to customers
Foodies seeking international flavours will be delighted by the extensive selection of products from around the globe, including Australia, the United States, Thailand, Korea, and Japan.
Further enhancing its international offerings, FairPrice Finest has partnered with Central Food Retail Group and Lotte Mart to bring over 80 exclusive products from Thailand and Korea to Singaporean shoppers. These unique items, ranging from snacks, sauces, ready-to-eat meals and drinks, provide customers a chance to discover new and exciting flavours.
Shop, Dine and Earn Linkpoints
From 22 May to 18 June 2025, customers can participate in the Shop, Dine and Earn Challenge using the FairPrice Group app to earn bonus Linkpoints. By accepting the Challenge on the FairPrice Group app, customers who accumulate $150 spent at FairPrice Finest Sembawang Shopping Centre and pay via the app will be rewarded with 200 Linkpoints. Customers can also accumulate $50 spent at Kopitiam Food Hall at Sembawang Shopping Centre via the FairPrice Group app to earn 200 Linkpoints. By completing both tasks, customers earn an additional 200 Linkpoints, for a total of 600 Linkpoints.
Limited-time opening promotions for all shoppers
To celebrate the launch, FPG will also run special store-opening promotions of up to 50 percent off on selected items, including the popular Delicato Wagyu Leg Steak and Crispy Pork Knuckle as well as bulk purchase discounts on selected beef cuts.
