Far East Hospitality (FEH), our Homegrown hospitality group is bringing Singapore’s hidden stories to light through an exclusive collaboration with celebrated heritage guide, The Urbanist Singapore. The partnership highlights the nation’s rich cultural heritage not only within FEH’s hotels, but also across the city as part of the ongoing SG60 celebrations throughout 2025. This initiative underscores FEH’s commitment to offering Singapore-inspired hospitality, where each precinct is designed to be a place of stories, not merely a place to stay.

A thoughtfully and specially curated three-part series of experiential heritage trails will lead guests through three iconic precincts: Orchard, the Central Business District (CBD), and Sentosa. Each trail is anchored by an FEH property within the area, providing a guided exploration of the lesser-known stories, sights, and cultural layers that shape each precinct. Together, they create an experience that highlights how every stay can be just as meaningful and memorable as the city itself.

“As a Singaporean brand with over two decades of history, we’re grateful to have grown alongside the nation. Part of our commitment to offering Singapore-inspired hospitality is also working with local creators such as The Urbanist to amplify riveting knowledge and insights about our beloved city. We hope that this guided experience helps guests and Singaporeans connect more meaningfully with the communities around us, and enjoy Singapore’s culture and heritage beyond the guidebooks,” shared Audrey Chung, Senior Vice President, Commercial, Far East Hospitality.

“I’m excited for the chance to take people beyond what they think they know about Singapore. From Orchard Road’s nutmeg beginnings to Telok Ayer’s immigrant stories and Sentosa’s military past, each unique trail is a doorway into the city’s hidden layers: stories tucked behind familiar streets, quiet traces of the past woven into the everyday. I hope guests walk away not just entertained, but with a deeper sense of connection to the places they’ve seen, and a new curiosity to keep exploring long after the trail ends,” shared Yong, The Urbanist.

After months of preparation, the team is delighted to present these specially chosen precincts selected not only for their appeal to tourists and guests, but also for their cultural richness and capacity to surprise.
