Another classic Teochew dessert offered by the restaurant is Crispy Pumpkin, Yam and Sweet Potato Strips. We were told the story behind this unique dish. He experimented with various techniques for more than 10 days before perfecting the dish.

This dish consists of thin strips of pumpkin, yam and sweet potato that are deep-fried and after that sprinkled with peanuts and sugar to create a crunchy sweet treat. It has a combination of crunchy texture and balance with the sweet from the sugar. This dish is a great way to snack that you can’t stop eating.
