The dining merriment begins at Momentus Hotel Alexandra’s Level 7 Lifestyle Deck, an elevated open-air space that sets the tone for a relaxed yet elegant celebration. Overlooking the infinity pool and panoramic sunset views, the deck is designed for social gatherings, with cosy seating and a lively atmosphere for mingling over pre-dinner drinks and canapés. As the golden hour fades into evening, guests can enjoy a sparkling wine reception paired with prized Jamon Iberico de Bellota and savoury canapés before continuing to Verandah Rooftop Rotisserie for the main dining experience. LE GRANDE CHRISTMAS ROASTS – THE STARS OF THE SEASON

Savour the rich, tender flavours of the Butter-aged Argentinian Beef Ribeye, one of the highlights in the festive buffet at Verandah Rooftop Rotisserie this festive season.

Christmas feasts are incomplete without the requisite roast, and Verandah Rooftop Rotisserie has gone beyond the ordinary with “Le Grande Christmas Roast”, featuring eight different cuts of premium beef, pork and lamb. These roasts showcase the heritage of holiday traditions with bold culinary artistry, offering diners a once-a-year indulgence to partake with friends and family.

The jewel in the crown is the 14-day Butter-aged Argentinian Beef Ribeye, a rare culinary highlight in Singapore that delivers a depth of flavour unlike any other. Top quality Argentine beef ribeye is enrobed in velvety smooth unsalted butter and aged in-house, infusing the ribeye with rich nutty undertones that shine when the meat is seared and then finished on the binchotan hibachi grill, bringing layers of aroma and flavour to the table.

The ribeye is joined by an ensemble of other prime cuts – Tajima Wagyu Beef Rump (MBS 8), US Prime Beef Short Ribs, Herb-crusted Spring Lamb Rack, Sakura Pork Tomahawk, and the crowd-pleasing favourite, Crackling Pork Porchetta with Truffle and Herb Stuffing.
