This August, Our Tampines Hub (OTH) invites Singaporeans to celebrate not one but two milestones – the nation’s 60th birthday and the Hub’s 8th anniversary. As Singapore’s largest integrated community and lifestyle hub, OTH will come alive with a dynamic line-up of programmes from 8 – 10 and 16 August 2025, transforming the heart of Tampines into a vibrant showcase of culture, connection, and community pride. From cherished National Day traditions to exciting new highlights, the festivities reflect the spirit of unity, resilience, and progress – bringing residents, partners and families together in a celebration that honours our shared past while looking boldly toward the future.
Heartland Celebrations For All
This year’s celebrations, themed “Majulah Singapura, Tampines ♥”, reflect OTH’s role as a space where residents from all walks of life come together to celebrate, connect, and strengthen community bonds. From the National Day Observance Ceremony to the OTH SG60 National Day Concert, music and dance performances, eco and wellness experiences and bumper car rides – there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Key Highlights include:
1. National Day Observance Ceremony (NDOC)
Organised by the Tampines Grassroots Organisations (GROs), the ceremony will bring together Advisers, community partners, and residents in a unified recitation of the National Pledge and singing of the National Anthem, followed by a visit to the Hawker Centre by the Advisers to engage with the community. Held in line with SG60’s theme, Building Our Singapore Together, the event reflects the collective spirit of unity as Singaporeans and residents come together to celebrate the nation’s journey.

2. OTH National Day Concert
Experience the evolution of the local music scene through six unforgettable decades at OTH’s SG60 National Day Concert! With a stellar line-up of renowned local legends and rising stars, including Louis Soliano, Hong Shao Xuan, Li Fei Hui, Hady Mirza, Shabir, and Jasmine Sokko*, this concert is the perfect blend of timeless favourites and modern hits. Singaporeans of all ages are welcome to attend this free concert.

3. “Live Screening” of National Day Parade
Missed out on tickets to this year’s National Day Parade? Fret not – residents can still be part of the SG60 celebrations at Our Tampines Hub. Head down to Festive Plaza for a live screening of the parade and experience the vibrant community spirit as you watch this milestone event alongside fellow residents. Feel the buzz of national pride in the air as we come together to celebrate Singapore’s 60th birthday in the heart of Tampines.

4. SG60 Formation & KPOPX Workout
Get ready to dance your heart out with a high-energy KPOPX fitness session led by a team of experienced instructors! This adrenaline-pumping cardio dance workout starts with a special SG60 formation – bringing the community together in a vibrant display of unity and spirit – as OTH aims to set a new record in the Singapore Book of Records in celebration of SG60.
