Reeling in only the freshest pristine-water catches, Chef de Cuisine Leon Yee and his team pick every seafood item with purpose and care. Take our plump, briny Canadian Pacific Oysters nurtured by mineral-rich ocean tides and freshly shucked just for you. Plus Russian Snow Crab, succulent USA Lobster Claws, Thailand Tiger Prawns on ice, brimming with natural sweetness and a pulled-from-the sea essence.
Surf’s Up for Family Fun
Little foodies get their own Kids’ Little Table Buffet featuring a cheerful spread of favourites with a wholesome, parent-approved twist. Think golden Sustainable Halibut Fish and Chips, freshly baked Hawaiian Seafood Pizza, creamy Mac and Cheese, baked Smiley Potatoes and Fish-shaped Nuggets. And for dessert? Their special S’mores pizzas and endless Nutella churros and ice cream, jelly shooters in colours of the rainbow and juicy berries!
The fun doesn’t stop thanks to roving balloon artists entertaining tables, hourly live magic shows at the bright Kids’ Playroom just steps away from Peppermint, also filled with many toys, books and slides that the little ones will adore.
Sea-riously Sensational Seafood
Bringing guests a world of delicious seafood signatures, Chef Leon presents a bountiful buffet line-up including Peppermint’s signature Laksa Seafood Tower where Rock Lobster, Crab, Clam, Half Shell Scallop, Mussel, Cuttlefish, Stingray, Prawn, Seabass are doused in our spicy, coconut-rich broth.
Over at the wood-fire grill, things heat up with fragrant Hay-smoked Salmon with Caviar Yuzu Cream, Black Mussels bursting with juicy ocean sweetness, infused with the smoky flavours of Wood-Charred Peppers and Urban Farm Herbs, and a luscious Wood Fire Baked Pumpkin Shrimp Pot.
Not forgetting the popular, comforting highlights from their Asian kitchens ranging from Claypot Seafood White Beehoon, Thai-style Crab Yellow Curry and Nonya Lemak Curry with Barramundi to wok-fried Chong Qing Mala Crawfish, Kam Heong Clams, and Golden Salted-egg Calamari.
