With Christmas around the corner, bask in the joy and revelry of the season with PAZZION Café’s upcoming festive menu, titled Merry Sips & Sweets, proudly created in collaboration with beloved household beverage brand, Yakult.
Available from 1 November until 31 December, the menu celebrates the warmth and charm of the merry season. It showcases a curated lineup of indulgent creations inspired by the holiday cheer – think three limited-edition drinks crafted with signature Yakult flavours that we know and love.
HIGHLIGHTS ON THE MERRY SIPS & SWEETS MENU

This festive season, PAZZION Café and Yakult have pulled out all the stops to curate a decadent beverage selection that wonderfully encapsulates the twinkle and magic of the season in every glass.
Meet the Merry Yakult Strawberry Matcha ($8.50), a playful two-toned drink layered with a strawberry fruit mix and mango bergamot tea; its rich, vibrant flavours are further accented with notes of Yakult, matcha, and lemon juice. It is then adorned with colourful gummy bears, perfectly capturing the whimsy of childhood Christmases.
The Frosted Yakult Green Grape ($8.50) is a sparkling creation that embodies the crisp, joyful energy of the year-end festivities. It is made with a refreshing blend of mashed green grapes, white grape syrup, Yakult, and cranberry juice, then mixed with a hint of soda for a gentle fizz. Topping it all off is a garnish of fresh grapes, mint leaves, and icing powder – a visual delight for the eyes.
Last but not least, the Ruby Grapefruit Yakult Sparkler ($8.50) astounds with its rose-pink hues of red grapefruit purée, pomegranate syrup, and Yakult – a harmonious pairing of sweet and tart. It is then decorated with a fresh slice of grapefruit, adding a touch of citrusy hues. Refreshing and oh-so-gorgeous, it is equal parts pretty as it is delicious.
A SEASONAL SAVOURY COMFORT

The Festive Tom Yam Seafood Risotto is the sole savoury dish on the Christmas menu, crafted by the chefs from PAZZION Café.
Beyond the festive dishes created in tandem with Yakult, PAZZION Café further ups the ante with a hearty, savoury dish on the menu: Festive Tom Yam Seafood Risotto ($24). Comforting and tangy, the fragrant Tom Yam tomato base is complemented by edamame, prawns, and scallops for a delightful mix of flavours and textures, finished with chilli heat for a punch of festive spice.
SIGNATURE FLAVOURS, CLASSIC STAPLES
While the jolly season is best celebrated with new and exciting creations, it is also about enjoying familiar, timeless flavours. There is no better way to do so than with PAZZION Café’s array of crowd-favourite dishes, also available for order alongside the Merry Sips & Sweets menu.

A perennial-favourite item is the Cold Truffle Pasta ($24), a show-stopping delight brimming with aromatic truffle notes. It is truly a sight to behold – nori flakes, crunchy ebiko bits, and pan-seared scallops – cooked to golden-brown perfection – nestled atop a springy bed of angel hair pasta.
Relish the Braised Beef Cheeks ($30) with its tender, oh-so-juicy slab of slow-cooked beef cheek that melts in your mouth at first bite. Resting on a creamy mound of mashed potatoes, the savoury dish is generously drizzled with velvety gravy for a burst of umami.
Those who adore big, bold flavours will be enticed by The Fab Burger ($24), a much-loved staple at PAZZION Café. It comprises all the core elements that we love in a well-crafted burger: a chunky Angus beef patty, streaky bacon, caramelised onions, cheese, jalapenos, avocado bits, and more – all of which are sandwiched between fluffy-soft sesame buns. Served with a side of fries or salad.

Chocolate Granola French Toast with Berries
To end your meal on a sweet note, savour the Chocolate Granola French Toast with Berries ($22). Think mixed berries, fresh figs, decadent chocolate, and crunchy granola, paired with a silky kaya spread for an irresistible local twist. Finished with a scoop of sea salt caramel ice cream on the side, this dessert perfectly captures the indulgent joy of the season.
