When we first heard that Pleasant Goat & Big Big Wolf – 3 Wishes also known as 喜羊羊与灰太狼之三个愿望 is coming to Singapore, we have been waiting eagerly for it to come. The kids are so happy that it is finally here!
We were at Esplanade Theatre to catch Pleasant Goat & Big Big Wolf – 3 Wishes on its opening night.

The story is about a group of goats who are living together and their enemies are Big Big Wolf and his wife. One day, the goats found a bottle which trapped a genie magician called “KaLaLa”. Upon release of KaLaLa from the bottle, the genie granted them three wishes. Unfortunately Big Big Wolf tricked the genie back into the bottle and took the trapped genie home to get his three wishes instead. At home, Big Big Wolf and his wife wasted their three wishes because they were not careful about what they wished for and in the end Big Big Wolf turned into a big pig head. Big Big Wolf and his wife had to ask the goats for their help to use their wishes from KaLaLa to change back the big pig head into Big Big Wolf.
Unfortunately, after the goats had helped Big Big Wolf to change back to his original form, the wolf and his wife wanted to eat the goats instead. Luckily KaLaLa managed to get rid of the wolves and the goats lived happily ever after, like all happy fairy tales ending.
The musical is entertaining and educating, suitable for parents to bring their children to watch. Kids will have so much fun seeing the popular TV animations series, Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf being brought to life on stage. The music is lively and with catchy songs, many children are seen singing along with the songs and at the same your kids will be able to learn Chinese in a fun and interactive way.
In addition, this musical also brings on an important message on the importance of keeping our planet clean and to recycle our rubbish. It is a musical not to be missed especially if you are a fan of the popular Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf animations series.

Our Parenting World is pleased to announce that the popular entertaining live stage show, Pleasant Goat & Big Big Wolf – 3 Wishes is coming to Singapore from Friday, March 20 – Sunday 22 March 2015 at Esplanade Theatre.
Pleasant Goat & Big Big Wolf – 3 Wishes is affectionately known as in Chinese as 喜羊羊与灰太狼之三个愿望. Many children are familiar with 喜羊羊 as the adorable Pleasant Goat and this year being the Year of the Goat, it is a great way to celebrate the new year! It is also a fun and interactive way for children to learn Mandarin with the show’s catchy music and vibrant stage settings.
The story is about five goats discovering a bottle with a magician, Kalala, in it. Kalala boasts to grant his master three wishes with his limited magical power. This is overheard by the cunning Wolffy who steals the magic bottle. However, the three wishes of Wolffy did not come true, and he turns into a big pig head instead.
The new edition of the classical stage shows “Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf -3 Wishes” had been rearranged to incorporate more educational content and it is entertaining. The adorable and popular “Pleasant Goat” family will be coming ‘live’ on stage to share more on going green, friendship and also the love for Mother Earth. Through the fun stage show, children will be able to learn the importance of protecting the Earth
“Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf – 3 Wishes” uses the original dubbing of the animation series, just to let Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf’s cute voices to be presented in their original form. The all-new stage show gathered top theatre actors from different countries for collaboration. The entire production from stage setting, costumes, lightings, audio effects to storyline, is certain to entertain children.
With the humorous story content of “Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf – 3 Wishes”, it is suitable for children of all ages. The characters on stage will be interacting with them to brainstorm for problem solving. The deeper theme behind the stage show is to allow children to learn about the idea of sharing with friends, the love between one another and the creation of wonderful memories with their families.
