Borrowing its name form the Japanese word for “moon viewing”, Tsukimi serves up the full frills of a succulent hamburg steak on a bowl of steaming rice and topped with a single premium Japanese egg yolk, all at pocket friendly prices.
At Tsukimi Hamburg, each freshly grilled hamburg steak is clever blend of US beef, pork and Miyazaki Wagyu beef. Through multiple rounds of development, its in-house Japanese chefs found the ideal meat blend to encapsulate the optimal flavours and texture of the juicy meats. The addition of a fresh Japanese egg yolk flown in from Japan lends a creaminess that ties the whole dish together in true satisfaction.
