The four-course set menu begins with the creamy goodness of Burratina, a perfect harmony of mozzarella and cream that will set the tone for a romantic moment. Indulge in the luscious Raviolo al’Uovo, a pasta dish featuring a classic egg yolk raviolo, adorned with fresh black truffle. For mains, select from the tantalising options of Bistecca – sanchoku Australian wagyu beef flank steak, Astice – half Boston lobster, or a creamy mushroom Risotto. Bask in the romance and splendour of an enchanting evening at Opus Bar & Grill, featuring a curated 5-course set dinner. The love celebration begins with the refreshing Pickled Oysters, a perfect prelude to the gastronomic journey. For starters, delight in the Coal Sear Hamachi Crudo, featuring soy ponzu, nori puree, and a touch of nectarine, offering a unique and vibrant combination of flavours. Next, the Seared Hokkaido Scallops takes centre stage, delivering a savoury introduction to the meal.
