This National Day, Klook is kicking off its inaugural ‘Make a Memory, Gift a Memory’ campaign – a community-driven initiative that transforms uniquely local experiences into meaningful acts of giving.
Running throughout the month of August, the campaign encourages Singaporeans to experience local arts and heritage through curated SG Culture Pass-eligible offerings on Klook. Every eligible booking on selected activities made using SG Culture Pass credits unlocks a matching experience for a migrant worker through the partnership with ItsRainingRaincoats.
These activities can range from interactive workshops including Chinese seal engraving, paper cutting, and a personalised perfume workshop to cultural activities including A Chinese Tea Experience by Tea Chapter and event attractions such as Madame Tussauds Singapore, River Cruise by WaterB and Big Bus Tours Singapore, and unique Singaporean activities including J.I.A.K 99 Classic Hawker Experience.

Celebrating community, culture and contribution
For many migrant workers, supporting their families back home takes priority for them. To maximise what they are able to send back home, they often save as much as possible from their monthly wages and work overtime, leaving them with limited opportunities to explore Singapore beyond their workplaces.
Through this partnership with ItsRainingRaincoats, Klook aims to host migrant worker beneficiaries across 9 specially curated sessions throughout August. From exploring Singapore’s cultural districts to participating in hands-on local activities, these experiences are designed in hopes that the migrant workers get to create their own lasting memories of the city they have helped build. Further, the initiative reflects a broader National Day message of gratitude and inclusivity, recognising the contributions of migrant workers to Singapore’s urban landscape.
