Dashi Master Marusaya Celebrates Its 7th Anniversary with Special Culinary Highlights!

Dashi Master Marusaya, the flagship restaurant of the Marusaya Group is celebrating its 7th anniversary in November! Diners can look forward to enjoy special culinary highlights such as daily seasonal fish air-flown from Japan, six different kinds of dipping sauce for Dashi Shabu (Ponzu Ginger, Sesame, Sour Plum, Leek Sesame Oil, Sukiyaki and Yuzu Rice Malt), seven delectable condiments to go with its signature Dashi Shabu (made with kombu and katsuobushi) and mouth-watering pork ramen using the restaurant’s signature Dashi broth. 

To make the broth even more flavourful, Dashi Master Marusaya has enhanced its Dashi Shabu with freshly shaved Katsuobushi (dried bonito flakes), adding sweetness and depth to the delicious and nutritious broth that is 100% natural and contains no MSG or other artificial seasoning.

What a delectable spread! If you love hotpot, you have to try Dashi Shabu also known as Japanese hotpot at Dashi Master Marusaya, this is one of the most popular dishes in Japan. Now you can enjoy this healthy, tasty and aromatic Japanese hotpot in Singapore! 

We tried the Dashi Shabu À la Carte (with A5 Wagyu Melting Part) at $98, includes choice of 2 dipping sauces, additional different dipping sauce will be at $2.

Dipping sauces selection consists of Ponzu Vinegar, Sesame, Sour Plum, Leek Sesame Oil, Sukiyaki and Yuzu Rice Malt.

The dipping sauces further enhance the taste of the food making it more flavourful for a super umami taste!

You can add on additional items for your hotpot, prices as follows:

Black Fungi – $5
Arrowroot Starch Noodle – $5
Deep-Fried Beancurd with Rice Cake – $9
Japanese Fish Cake “Chikuwa” – $5

At the end of the delicious hotpot, you can choose from either having Homemade Udon or Japanese Porridge to go with the broth. 

The porridge smells so good and we can’t wait to try it! 

This is a yummy, comforting and wholesome porridge that will warm and nourish your body. 

Sweet Potato Cake and Sweet Potato Ice Cream – $10, we are so impressed when the dessert is served, it is so beautifully plated. The moist, tantalising sweet potato cake and creamy, rich sweet potato ice cream are a delight to dessert lovers! 

7th Anniversary Promotion (22 to 30 November 2021)
For the 7th Anniversary Promotion (22 to 30 November 2021), diners can also enjoy A5 Wagyu Melting Part (à la carte) at the special price of $77 (U.P $98) and alcoholic drinks at $7 per glass including half draft Kirin Beer, Highball, red and white white and Japanese Syochu. 

Dashi Master Marusaya is a 90-seater restaurant (restaurant interior: 48, alfresco:42) with three private rooms. The restaurant is open from 11.30am to 2.30pm (last order 2pm) for lunch and from 5pm to 10.30pm (last order 10pm) for dinner. On Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays, the restaurant is open from 11.30am to 10.30pm (last order: 10pm).
