Bringing together sustainability and diverse culinary inspirations, Crossroads Cafe presents two responsibly sourced fish varieties: Atlantic Hake and Barramundi. Guests may select their preferred fish and pair it with one of three signature preparations, each offering its own unique flavour profile.
Decadent and rich, the Grilled Fish with Oyster Beurre Blanc Sauce ($32++) showcases perfectly charred, flaky fish complemented with a silky beurre blanc sauce infused with oyster, white wine, white wine vinegar and butter. It is served alongside kale and oysters, adding freshness to its natural brininess.
Combining the vibrant flavours of tamarind, lime and chilli, the Grilled Fish with Tamarind Lime Sauce ($29++) is served with a tangy sauce accompanied by daikon, vine tomato, eggplant, lady’s fingers and spinach. The dish balances tangy citrus flavours with natural sweetness of the vegetables, while a touch of chilli adds subtle warmth. Finished with a walnut crust and crispy fish skin, each bite delivers a satisfying crunch.
Meanwhile, the Baked Fish with Yoghurt, Dhal and Indian Roti ($27++) features fish marinated in moong dhal with ginger, garlic and onion, before being baked until tender and aromatic. Paired with creamy yoghurt and warm Indian roti, the dish delivers comforting richness, fragrant spice notes and a gently rounded finish.

Begin the experience with Twilight Tango ($24++), a vibrant, citrus-forward blend of Monkey Shoulder whiskey, crème de violette, carrot juice and passion fruit purée, brightened with a splash of lemon for a tangy finish. For those seeking something bolder, the Scarlet Whispers ($24++) combines mezcal, Captain Morgan rum, Campari, raspberry liqueur and a touch of Tajin chilli, delivering a smoky yet fruity profile with a gentle kick of spice. On a lighter, more refreshing note, the Garden Empress ($24++) brings together Empress gin, lavender liqueur and rosemary syrup, lifted with lemon juice and garnished with basil and cucumber for a floral, herbaceous note.
