Bring the spirit of Christmas home with Allora’s festive takeaway selection, featuring generous centrepieces, comforting

At the heart of the celebration is the Traditional Roast Turkey ($188), a whole turkey brined and roasted to perfection, served with chestnut stuffing, cranberry sauce and giblet gravy. The Rum Honey Glazed Gammon Ham ($128) offers another festive classic, glazed with rum, honey and clove and served with pork raisin sauce, apple sauce and Dijon mustard.
For those seeking something more indulgent, the signature Brasato di Manzo Bone-In Short Ribs ($208) are slow braised with red wine, rosemary and garlic, while the Pork Porchetta ($128) brings an Italian touch with crispy roasted pork belly filled with chestnut and mushroom. Other festive favourites include Black Pepper Iberico Pork Ribs ($98) and Parmesan Crusted Salmon ($128) with dill citrus cream sauce. All meats and roasts are served with a side of roasted potatoes and mesclun salad. Additional sides are available individually or in a bundle of 3, including Rosemary Roasted Potatoes, Smoked Potato Puree, Brussel Sprouts with Crispy Bacon, Roasted Vegetables and Mesculan Salad.
Complete the feast with Allora’s pastas, the Frutti di Mare ($88) brings together penne, calamari, prawns and black mussels in a rich tomato sauce and vegetarian options include Vegan Bolognaise Rigatoni ($68) and Baked Truffle al Formaggio ($56) with trio Italian cheese and creamy truffle sauce.
Sweeten the celebrations with Allora’s selection of festive log cakes. Starry Winter in the Clouds ($88) features light Madeleine sponge, creamy lemon curd, blueberry compote and citrus-scented cheese mousse. THE SPIRITO DEL NATALE AT ALLORA: A FESTIVE CHRISTMAS BUFFET AT ALLORA

Gather around the table this Christmas for an abundant festive buffet where Italian favourites meet the flavours of the season. Allora’s Christmas Day Buffet opens with the Mare Italian Seafood Bar, featuring lobster, prawns, fresh oysters, crab legs, scallops and mussels, alongside tuna and smoked salmon. Guests can also enjoy an Italian selection of Parma Ham, Mortadella and Spianata Calabra, paired with an extensive cheese selection including Grana Padano, Gorgonzola Dolce, Taleggio, Provolone, Smoked Scamorza, Mozzarella and Blue Fior Di Arancio.
The feast continues with Italian-inspired favourites including oven-baked Seafood Rice with calamari and prawns, Polenta Concia with Gorgonzola, Emilia Gratinated Lasagna with beef ragout, béchamel and Parmigiano Reggiano, as well as Seared Barramundi with Caponata and fresh herbs.
