When we arrived at the hotel, check-in is pleasant and a fast affair. Our staycation package is known as “Fam-tastic Weekend Staycation”. We are greeted warmly by the hotel’s friendly guest relation officer who briefed us on our staycation details and the children activities provided (normally the activity will start at 4pm on weekends at one of the hotel’s function rooms).

The kids are so excited upon opening the room door, the room is spacious, well-lit and very cosy. The room is well-equip comes with plush bedding, choice of soft & firm pillows, flat screen TV, bathtub, ergonomic desk and work area, laptop-sized safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Each room has complimentary WiFi and access to over 5,000 news titles via the PressReader app.

Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium has gone an extra mile to make our little one happy by preparing a cake to celebrate our boy’s birthday!
The room has a large work area with electrical outlets and comes with ergonomic chair for parents to do their work and reading. The room also comes with a 32-inch flat-screen TV with stereo system, minibar, tea and coffee-making facilities.
The spacious bathroom has a bathtub and provides a comprehensive set of toiletries and grooming accessories necessary for your needs.
A stunning, unblocked cityview from our hotel room
Our room is located at a high floor with a great view of the city. In the day, we can even see some of the skyscrapers around Orchard Road area. Our newly renovated room is clean and well furnished. There is even a local mobile device for you to use and cable TV that comes with premium channels, our kids enjoy using the TV to watch Cartoons Network.
The hotel has arranged kids activities which starts at 4pm on weekends at one of the hotel’s function rooms. During our stay, the kids were taught how to decorate cookies in view of the coming Christmas season.
The class is small and the instructor is very enthusiastic and helpful to the little participants.
From 4 to 5pm every Saturday and Sunday, kids can look forward to a fun-filled afternoon with a different in-hotel activity selected every week just for the kids like finger puppet making, cookie decorating, play-doh sculpting, or watercolor painting. You can leave your kids under the hands of the hotel’s capable team and parents can head down to Atrium Bar 317 for a relaxing cup of tea. At night, there will be a special movie screening at 8pm complete with complimentary popcorn, water and soft drinks. Younger kids will be provided with children’s floats to play in the pool too.
If you like to swim, check out the hotel swimming pool with a nice skyline view of the city from the poolside, it is located at level 6 right next to the gym.
After a good night rest, it is rise and shine for breakfast time at Atrium Restaurant located at Level 4 serving local signature dishes and a delicious selection of international flavours.
Unlike most hotels where there is normally a long queue at the eggs station, this restaurant has a novel order system where you take a number tag on your table and hand over to the egg station when you order your omelette or other eggs and after the chef cooked your eggs, they will bring it to your table and return the tag to you where you can make another order again if you wish. We had a delicious and fulfilling breakfast to kick-start our day!
