Get Fit in Mind and Body – Raising Awareness for Mental and Physical Health Event held on 28th October

In collaboration with Oasia Hotel Downtown to commemorate International Stress Awareness Week and this year’s theme of ‘anxiety’, a special event will be held on 28th October, Saturday to advocate stress management, well-being, and resilience.  Get Fit in Mind and Body aims to help you exercise your stresses away, activate your mind, and nourish your body.

The half-day event from 8:30am starts with an invigorating brain body workout by SPARKD, followed by inspiring health talks on the gut-brain connection by PanAsia Surgery Group and mental wellness by Oriental Remedies Group to achieve balance and clarity.

There will also be specially curated food and drinks from like-minded healthy local brands to keep participants well-nourished and fueled for their journey to a healthier lifestyle.

Our mind and body matters. This event gives individuals the time for self-care and prioritise themselves to feel refreshed and ready to conquer the world!

8:30 AM – 9:00 AM – Registration
9:00 AM – 9:45 AM – Brain & Body Fitness with SPARKD
9:30 AM – 12:00 PM – Nourish Mind & Body with Food & Drink Partners
9:30 AM – 12:00 PM – Experience Therapies with Oriental Remedies Group
10:00 AM – 10:30 AM – Gut-Brain Connection with PanAsia Surgery
10:45 AM – 11:15 AM – Mental Wellness with Oriental Remedies Group
11:15 AM – 12:00 PM – Mix & Mingle with Fellow Fitties and Fabsters
