2. What challenges did you face when bringing in organic beauty brands, and how did you overcome them?

Janice Chew: One of the main obstacles was raising awareness among consumers about the benefits of organic and natural ingredients, especially in a market as saturated as Singapore where consumers are often flooded with all types of alternatives.
