The Manhattan FISH MARKET launches new Flaming Feast of 4 Nations, for a limited time menu with four flaming platters featuring the restaurant’s signature cooking style that are inspired by popular and unique flavors of Asia!

Diners can look forward to enjoy the restaurant’s very own rendition of well-known dishes and ingredients from these four countries which will bring diners on a culinary journey around Asia. The four flaming platters will be introduced each month from August onwards. They are Super Shiok Flaming Platter, $38.95 in August, Sawatdee Flaming Platter, $38.95 in September, Oishi Ne Flaming Platter, $59.95 and Masarap Flaming Platter $38.95 will be launched in October. 

All four flaming platters will be available till 30 November 2016.

Our Parenting World team tried out the August’s Super Shiok Flaming Platter launched island-wide in celebration of Singapore’s 51st birthday. It is a huge and sumptuous platter filled with Singapore’s most famous local flavours all in one platter.

Before the platter is being served, the friendly staff will lightly torched the food to bring out its flavour and aroma. We are so excited to get started with the platter. 

Super Shiok Flaming Platter consists of the following:  

1) The Manhattan FISH MARKET’s signature Manhattan Flaming Prawns. It is not just ordinary prawns but tiger prawns. The prawns are freshly grilled and coated with creamy salted egg yolk sauce. After the prawns are lightly torched, the creamy salted egg yolk sauce has melted into the prawns which makes it even more savoury. 

2) Nutritious Leatherjacket Fish is healthy food which consists of high-quality protein The fresh fish is topped with sambal sauce, the fish meat is so soft and succulent. If you like to eat spicy food, you will enjoy the fish. 

Completing the platter of local delights are 2 Singapore’s all time favourites:

3) Crispy Prawn Paste Chicken, the chicken meat is tender and juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside with aromatic prawn paste. 

4) Chilli crab is definitely one of Singapore’s all time favourites. This is The Manhattan FISH MARKET’s interpretation of chilli crab. It uses soft shell crab deep fried to a golden crunch while the meat remains moist and succulent, and served with a very shiok chili crab sauce. Simply delicious!

The whole platter is value-for-money as you can try out The Manhattan FISH MARKET’s signatures and Singapore’s local delights. It is a sumptuous and tasty platter that the whole family and or a group of friends can share and enjoy. Each meal is specially handcrafted, its Manhattan Junior Menu promises to be as tasty as it is healthy, giving your children the all-important brain food that they need! Each meal comes with a choice of Orange Juice, Coke, Sprite or Iced Lemon Tea at $7.95.
