Tropical Rainforest
Begin the extraordinary journey in Africa, where visitors become integral members of an expedition that transports them across diverse landscapes. From the lush rainforest canopies of South America to the vast expanses of the Indian Ocean, and even to the raw magnificence of the Arctic Circle, this immersive exhibition unveils the remarkable wonders of nature. Leveraging cutting-edge technology, it offers visitors an unprecedented chance to intimately delve into the extraordinary environments that house a myriad of living creatures and organisms, forging a profound connection with the natural world.
Underground
Within each habitat, visitors will encounter breathtaking, firsthand footage of nature meticulously captured by skilled natural history filmmakers across the globe. These mesmerizing scenes come alive in immersive settings, showcasing hyper-realistic 8K resolution projections that transport viewers into the heart of each environment. The experience is further heightened by spatial audio, surrounding visitors with the harmonious symphony of nature, and distinctive scents that evoke a sensory symphony, amplifying the engagement of visitors’ senses to extraordinary levels.
Discover – Our Nature, Our Stories
The exhibition reaches its culmination with a gallery named Discover: Our Nature Our Stories, offering visitors an opportunity to deepen their understanding of the encountered flora and fauna. Within this space, they can also engage with seven Singaporean experts and advocates who are at the forefront of conservation endeavors within our region. The highlight of this gallery involves active visitor participation in crafting a collective installation depicting a mangrove tree, a crucial species native to Asia. As each visitor contributes to the growth of this symbolic tree within the gallery, ArtScience Museum, in collaboration with WWF-Singapore (World Wide Fund for Nature Singapore), commits to supporting the planting of mangrove trees in Sarawak, Malaysia, fostering ecological restoration and conservation efforts.
In a collaboration between Sensory Odyssey Studio and the National Museum of Natural History in Paris, this remarkable exhibition has arrived in Singapore, courtesy of ArtScience Museum in partnership with BASE Entertainment Asia. The culmination of their joint efforts brings forth an immersive showcase that captivates audiences and offers a unique sensory experience.
