Savour a feast of premium meats and exclusive cuts, from the Signature Carving Station, highlighting succulent 65°C Sous Vide Slow-roasted Australian Black Angus Beef, Slow-roasted Kangaroo Leg marinated in Taylor Port Wine and Australian Duck Bourguignon with Nashi Pear. The Charcoal Barbecue Grill will also offer aromatic Grilled Olive-marinated Spatchcock with Roasted Parsnips, and Pacific Mussels in Chardonnay Sauce.
