This Father’s Day, Resorts World Sentosa (RWS, 圣淘沙名 胜世界) curates a line-up of celebratory dining experiences across its signature restaurants for families – from intimate, elevated dinners to relaxed brunches and indulgent daytime experiences.

Celebrating fathers who are one of the cornerstones of family life, the culinary concepts are perfect for family gatherings with special shareable menus across KA-MON, Pierre Hermé, Moutarde and Laurus Table.

Open-flame Japanese dining at KA-MON
At KA-MON, the Japanese restaurant presents a dedicated Father’s Day dinner anchored by premium ingredients and charcoal grilling with the disciplined approach of Japanese culinary precision.

The pièce de résistance A5 Wagyu Robatayaki (S$168) takes centrestage – a quietly indulgent expression of Japan’s reverence for exceptional ingredients, brought to life over open flame and designed for sharing. Complementing the spread are dishes such as the Bonito Warayaki (S$38), Chiba’s prized bonito that’s lightly seared over straw for that hint of smokiness with notes of ponzu and fresh aromatics, and the Grilled Samegarei Donabe (S$138), featuring the naturally-sweet Hokkaido roughscale flounder in claypot rice enriched with house-made dashi.

Refined and elegant afternoon tea at Pierre Hermé
The celebration extends to Pierre Hermé with a refined afternoon offering. As part of its ongoing afternoon tea experience, the maison presents its signature selection as the centrepiece, elevated with a repertoire of delicious savouries and signature creations including Montebello, vanilla éclair, macarons and chocolate bonbons.

Priced at S$98++, the Father’s Day afternoon tea comes with two servings of tea or coffee. Guests may choose to top up S$50++ for a half-bottle of champagne to mark the special occasion. On 21 June, all fathers dining in will also receive a complimentary dessert of pecan brownie layered with maple mousse, served alongside whisky-poached pear.

A convivial French brunch at Moutarde
At Moutarde, the Father’s Day “Good Brunch” (S$88++) brings together a spread of classic French favourites – from Oeufs Bénédicte to Croque Monsieur – alongside artisan pastries and brunch beverages. At the heart of the experience is a live carvery featuring generous, big-format cuts, reinforcing the convivial, sharing-style spirit of the occasion. Altogether, the menu is designed for easy, indulgent dining in a setting that encourages lingering over the meal.

Diners can booze up the dining experience with free-flow house beers, cocktails and wine at S$50, or indulge further in a free-flow champagne package at S$90 for a more celebratory experience.

Southern Italian flavours at Laurus Table
Rounding out the line-up, Laurus Table presents a four-course menu centred on robust, seasonal flavours, available at S$98++ per person. Beginning with antipasti such as burrata with heirloom tomatoes, peach and pistachio, followed by indulgent mains including seafood-forward options like grilled Boston lobster with shellfish and lobster jus, the menu draws inspiration from the Southern Italian coast famed for its quality produce and sunny beaches.

Guests may also elevate the experience with premium selections such as Spaghetti al Oscietra Caviar (from S$38), a refined interpretation of the Italian classic. The meal concludes with a dessert of chocolate pecan brownie with maple mousse and whisky-poached pear – a familiar yet elevated finish to the celebration.

A range of culinary concepts awaits diners across the resort
Beyond these highlights, guests can explore a wider range of culinary concepts across the resort, including:
