With sleep deprivation and stress continuing to affect Singaporeans’ well-being, Unity is placing greater focus on sleep and stress support with the launch of its “Better Sleep, Less Stress” campaign.

The campaign comes at a time when sleep and stress continue to be major health concerns in Singapore. A 2024 YouGov survey found that 54% of Singaporeans get less than the recommended seven hours of sleep each night. Meanwhile, ManpowerGroup’s Global Talent Barometer 2025 revealed that 53% of Singapore’s workforce experiences moderate to high levels of daily stress. On top of that, a sleep quality study revealed that 27.6% of Singapore residents report poor overall sleep quality.

Sleep and stress concerns can stem from different lifestyle factors, routines and wellness needs, which means there is no one size fits all approach. While customers may be familiar with ingredients such as Melatonin or Magnesium, these may not be suitable for every individual or every type of sleep or stress concern.

Through this campaign, Unity brings together over 100 sleep and stress management solutions across Eastern and Western approaches, supported by dedicated in store bays and pharmacist guidance. The initiative is designed to help customers better navigate available options, compare solutions across various brands and make more informed decisions based on their individual needs.

Pharmacist-Led Guidance for More Personalised Support

Beyond offering a wide range of sleep and stress management products, Unity pharmacists are available to provide Wellness Check-In consultations (Appendix A) to help customers make more informed choices based on their individual needs, lifestyle and concerns.

As sleep and stress issues can be influenced by different factors, Unity pharmacists can guide customers through tailored options and explain the differences between commonly used ingredients. These include Melatonin, Magnesium Bisglycinate, Chamomile and Rescue® Flower Essence blend for sleep support, as well as Ashwagandha, L-theanine and B-Complexes for stress support.

Drawing on their professional knowledge, Unity pharmacists can also provide practical self-care advice and help customers better understand factors that may be affecting their sleep or stress levels. Where appropriate, they can advise when further medical assessment may be needed, giving customers greater confidence to choose suitable solutions from the broad range of brands and wellness options available at Unity.

“Sleep and stress are deeply interconnected and can have a significant impact on overall health and quality of life. Through this educational campaign, we want to make every day a little better for Singaporeans by providing them with greater access to the curated solutions and  trusted guidance they need to make informed decisions about their well-being,” said Pauline Png, General Manager, Unity.

Making Better Sleep & Stress Relief More Accessible

As part of the campaign, Unity is offering up to 30% off selected sleep and stress management products across all stores islandwide from 2 to 29 July 2026.

The campaign reflects Unity’s ongoing commitment to making health and wellness support more accessible to Singaporeans, with trusted guidance and practical solutions available across its pharmacy network.
