“Ramly” Style Chicken Burger at S$6.80
Spice Brasserie introduces a fun new addition the “Ramly” Style Chicken Burger that comes with juicy minced chicken patty and fluffy omelette, sandwiched between soft buttery buns. A delight to sink your teeth into this delicious burger.
The delivery and takeaway menu features a wide selection of Asian Street Food, perfect for sharing during this special occasion. Some noteworthy items include hearty Cantonese Braised Beef Brisket with White Radish at S$10.80 and fragrant Scallion Oil Noodles S$6.80.

First up, we have the Combination of Three Delicacies consisting of aromatic Crispy Silver Fish with Salt and Pepper, refreshing Marinated Jelly Fish and Sliced Pork with Chilli and Garlic Sauce that is loaded with pork slices infused with delicious sauce.
Next, we have the Halibut Fillet with Fresh Fruits in Champagne and Passion Fruit Sauce, an unique dish with fresh fish slices that has been fried and intensely perfumed with an interesting combination of Champagne and Passion Fruit Sauce.
Double-boiled Fish Maw Soup with Dried Scallops and Chinese Cabbage
Enjoy a hearty bowl of nourishing soup with premier ingredients like fish maw and dried scallops.
Braised Pork Belly with Signature Bean Curd Medley
This Signature Beancurd Medley is one of the favourite dishes at Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant, Kitchener Road that combines perfectly with the pork belly that has been braised till the meat is so tender and juicy.
Stir-fried “Mee Sua” in Village Style
“Mee Sua” is a type of very thin salted noodles, this dish has a lot of flavour and aroma from wok hei, the noodles is chewy and has a lot of texture.
Soya Bean with Red Bean, Taro and Sweet Potato Balls
This is a delightful and colouful bowl of dessert filled with red bean, soft chewy taro and sweet potato balls.

Father’s Day Set Menu at Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant Available from 1 to 30 June 2020
This Father’s day, celebrate this special occasion and indulge your father with exquisite Chinese fare, opt for a curated set menu from Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant.
The six-course delivery and takeaway set menu comes with two options priced at S$49.90 per person and SG$78 per person respectively, and includes family favourites like Signature Bean Curd Medley and Chilli Prawn served with Deep – fried Mantou. With every order of this set menu via delivery and takeaway, customers will receive a complimentary Steamed Brown Rice Honeycomb Cake. A minimum order of two persons is required.
Customers can choose to add on the restaurant’s Signature Roast Suckling Pig (Whole, S$288) accompanied with pancakes (S$4) to complete the extravagant feast Dad deserves.
Alternatively, customers who prefer A la Carte options can combine the restaurant’s Signature Bean Curd Medley (S$26) and “Chong Qing” Diced Chicken with Dried Chilli with orders from Spice Brasserie in the same cart to indulge in the complete suite of Asian delights the hotel’s E-Shop has to offer.
