Cédric Grolet presents five seasonal creations for the festive period, each crafted with his signature precision and artistry. The Blackcurrant Mont Blanc layers hazelnut praline with silky chestnut cream and vibrant blackcurrant gel, while the Pear highlights the natural sweetness of fresh pear and pear-vanilla gel encased in a delicate chocolate shell. The Chocolate Vanilla Flower offers a decadent harmony of chocolate sponge, crispy praline and fragrant vanilla gel, contrasted by Passion Fruit, a bright tropical marriage of fresh passion fruit and coconut ganache. Completing the collection, the Vanilla Flower features refined layers of vanilla praline, milk jam, dacquoise and velvety ganache, celebrating the purity and depth of vanilla in every bite.
