Seafood enthusiasts will find great pleasure in the diverse selection of tantalising options available. Delight in the Singapore-style Chilli Lobster, Steamed Hokkaido Scallops with Vermicelli and a delectable blend of Scallion, Ginger, and Garlic. Furthermore, Chef Leon has introduced exciting new additions to the seafood menu, including the enticing Lychee Prawn Ball with Durian Cream Dip and the flavoursome Crab Claypot Rice.

Peppermint presents an exquisite array of options for meat lovers. Savour the sumptuous Buah Keluak Wagyu Beef Belly “Kong Bak Bao,” the flavourful Herbal Roasted Duck, and an assortment of other delectable meat dishes. During weekend dinners, you can also indulge in enticing choices like the Truffle Black Angus Minced Beef Roti John—a mouthwatering omelette baguette filled with minced beef and truffle—and the tantalising Grilled Australian Baby Lamb Rib Satay.

That’s more, immerse yourself in the delightful experience of the Seafood Island, showcasing a bounty of fresh seasonal treasures such as Tiger Prawn, Pacific Flower Clam, Tiger Topshell, and Half-shell Scallop. Skyline National Day BBQ

Bookings for Skyline National Day BBQ is now open, which will take place on Wednesday 9 August 2023, from 6:30pm to 10:00pm, as we toast to our nation’s 58th birthday. There will be a wide spread of meat (including a whole lamb) and seafood, served throughout a live telecast of the National Day parade. Guests will also be able to witness the majestic State Flag Flypast, as well as fireworks display right from their Skyline.

Skyline National Day BBQ is priced at $138++ per adult. Add $38++ for free-flow of house wine, beer, selected juices and soft drinks.
