In celebration of the upcoming National Day, Creamier has created a limited edition series of ice creams inspired by bakes of joy. Featuring their beloved Golden Waffles, a collaboration with local bagel crafter – Able Bagel, and the humble neighbourhood bakery sugar donut.
I-Wen, Chief Bagel Officer of Able Bagel shares that “Inspired by our time in San Francisco, local Singaporean cuisine, and our travels, bagels have become our means of creative expression and connecting with our community. We couldn’t feel luckier to have collaborated with local businesses and supported social causes along the way. For me, the love of doing an ice cream collaboration is more than just working with people who sells ice cream, but rather it is about having the creative brainstorming and working on flavour creation together with Creamier R&D team and it is super exciting to see my bagels take on a different form and yet keeping the integrity of flavours in an ice cream.”
Creamier’s bakes-inspired lineup consists of the following:
1) Golden Waffles with Maple Syrup Ice Cream
Created with chunks of Creamier’s beloved freshly baked Golden Waffles, maple syrup and chocolate flakes. Every scoop is a joyous rich buttery taste of heaven complete with the signature warm mellow sweetness of maple syrup and slight crunch of couverture chocolate flakes.
2) Cinnamon Raisin Cream Cheese Bagel Ice Cream
Featuring Able Bagel’s NYC x Japanese style handmade Cinnamon Raisin bagels and loads of juicy raisins swirled in a marvellously rich and creamy cream cheese ice cream.
3) Donut Vanilla Bean Ice Cream Sandwich
The humble round doughnut (yes, deep fried not baked) encrusted with sugar and paired with a scoop of uber creamy Madagascan bourbon vanilla bean ice cream is plain luxury. Served with a dollop of strawberry jam or salted caramel sauce made in house by their wonderful pastry team. Limited stock of donut sandwich in-store daily.
