Allora Ristorante & Bar at Crowne Plaza Changi Airport is inviting guests to celebrate spring with its Frühlingsfest Sunday Brunch, a festive showcase of European springtime flavours. Building on last year’s successful debut, this year’s edition offers an even more indulgent and immersive dining experience.
Highlights from the hot selection include Crispy Breaded Veal Schnitzel with mushroom cream jus and boiled potatoes, Slow Braised Pork Ribs with apple sauerkraut, Beef Roulade with pickles, bacon, and mustard veal jus, and the newly introduced Seared Barramundi with mustard cream and braised red cabbage.
The seafood-on-ice selection remains a centerpiece, featuring prawns, mud crab, scallops, mussels, and oysters, alongside smoked specialties such as mackerel and salmon. The salad bar offers German-style potato salad with crispy bacon, Waldorf salad, and seasonal vegetables with artisanal dressings.
Interactive live stations include the ever-popular Cheese Wheel Pasta Station, freshly prepared Pizza in teglia, and a Mediterranean shawarma stall. The carving station serves Slow Roasted Ribeye, Grilled Lamb Rack, and Crispy Pork Knuckle, accompanied by traditional condiments. Guests can also enjoy grilled sausages, including Currywurst, served with classic sides.
Desserts feature nostalgic European favorites such as Black Forest Cake, Sachertorte, Honey Bee Sting Cake, Bavarian Chocolate Mousse, Linzer Tart, Apple Crumble Tart, Red Fruit Trifle, and Warm Plum Pudding with vanilla sauce, alongside a selection of gelato and sorbet.
The next round of this festive brunch will be held on 24 and 31 May 2026, from 12pm to 3pm.

Allora Ristorante & Bar will celebrate Mother’s Day on 10 May 2026, from 12pm to 3pm, with a special brunch combining European flavors and local favorites. The brunch is designed to suit diverse tastes, offering comforting dishes, vibrant flavors, and a warm, inviting atmosphere for a meaningful celebration.
Highlights include Braised Lamb Ossobuco with roasted root vegetables and grilled lemon polenta, Slow-Cooked Whole Chicken with rosemary jus, Seared Barramundi with Allora lemon caper sauce, and Singapore-style Chilli Crab wok-tossed in a rich, sweet, and tangy sauce.
The buffet features a seafood-on-ice selection with prawns, scallops, mussels, lobster, and oysters, alongside a Japanese corner with fresh sashimi, sushi, and green tea soba. Live stations include signature Cheese Wheel Pasta, a one-meter pizza, a hawker-style chicken and rice station, and a Roti Prata station paired with snapper fish curry. Carving stations offer Slow-Roasted Beef OP Rib, Porchetta with fennel and sausage stuffing, and Salmon en papillote, with accompanying sides and sauces.
