This is Gor Gor’s classroom. The seating arrangement is quite different from the traditional classroom where students are seated row by row. Here the children are seated in groups, which I feel is better as it promotes team activities and discussion.
The way education is delivered has changed over the last 10 years, including in the universities where I teach. Students are now encouraged to participate in active learning where there are more discussions and team work compared to the “one way traffic” we used to teach, from the teacher to the students.
