August is a special month in celebration of Singapore’s Birthday on August 9th, AquaMarine’s Singapore Heritage Buffet is specially curated by its talented chefs featuring iconic dishes like Wagyu Beef Short Rib Satay, the famous Singapore’s Chilli Crab, Deep-Fried Asian Crab Fritter with Salted Egg Mayo, Sambal Whole Salmon Fillet and Marinated Ayam Buah Keluak Shawarma filled in Lotus Bun.
What a mouth-watering spread and we thoroughly enjoyed the buffet, special mention to Wagyu Beef Short Rib Satay and a hot favourite among us, the beef is so flavourful, juicy and tender that it literally melts in our mouth! The meat goes very well with the robust satay sauce too. Simply delicious!
