School’s out, fun’s in! At Singapore Sports Hub

From dragon boating to activity camps and exciting sporting events, kickstart your June holidays with a jam-packed month of family-friendly activities at the Hub! 

Straight off the back of an exciting quarter of concerts, Singapore Sports Hub is bringing community-wide sporting events, perfectly timed for the upcoming school break. From the thrill of dragon boating to the return of the annual multi-activity camp and a series of sporting events for the family, there’s something for everyone this June!

Ride the waves of excitement at the Dragon Boat Festival 2024 

Calling all dragon boating fans! Come cheer on the teams competing in the National Inter-Schools Dragon Boat Championships on 24 May (9am – 7pm).

Those eager to dip their toes into the world of dragon boating and kayaking can experience the sport with your kids or friends at Water Sports Centre. Sign-up for a 1-hour dragon boating or kayaking trial (including briefing) at just $10 per person. With equipment provided and instructors on hand to give an introductory briefing, come dressed ready for a journey of camaraderie to conquer the waves. Tired from the session? Take a break and enjoy the free activities and cultural performances along the Stadium Riverside Walk, from exciting claw machines and arcade games, to glitter tattoo stations. Plus, you can indulge in the free candy floss, popcorn, muah chee, nuggets and many more while stocks last! All these will be happening over the weekend on 25 May (3pm – 5pm) and 26 May (9am – 5pm)!

Multi-Activity Camp

Ignite your child’s passion for sports at the annual multi-activity camp. Organised in collaboration with ProActiv Sports, this five-day camp offers your young ones the opportunity to develop fundamental sports and social skills, build lasting friendships, and above all, have a blast! Led by experienced coaches, campers will dive into the world of sports and have the chance to try out sports like football, karate, cricket, swimming, rugby and more. Beyond that, they will also get to enjoy classic camp activities like treasure hunts and team challenges! Don’t miss out on the ultimate June Holiday experience – secure your spot here for the 5-day camp at $495, or opt for single-day sessions at $120 each.

Skechers Friendship Walk 2024

Lace up your shoes, leash up your furry friends and join the Skechers Friendship Walk 2024 on 8 June at the Sports Hub. Take a leisurely walk or run with your loved ones or your fur-kids against the backdrop of the scenic Sports Hub and City skyline. Choose from a few different race categories – a 10km competitive run, or a 4km fun walk with your family or friends. The excitement doesn’t end there, as you can venture into the village-themed carnival after the run to enjoy performances by buskers and engaging games and activities suitable for the whole family.

[Children participating in the walk must be accompanied by an adult 18 years old and above.]

KFF Singapore Badminton Open 2024

From 28 May to 2 June, the KFF Singapore Badminton Open 2024 promises to dazzle spectators with an electrifying showcase of talent from powerhouse nations like China, Indonesia, Japan, and Malaysia. Head down to the Singapore Indoor Stadium to cheer on local heroes Loh Kean Yew, Yeo Jia Min, Terry Hee and Jessica Tan as they strive to make the nation proud. There will be autograph sessions, meet-and-greets with players, interactive games, and merchandise stalls, making it an experience of a lifetime!

FIFA WORLD CUP 2026™ – PRELIMINARY (ROUND 2) – SINGAPORE VS KOREA REPUBLIC

Catch Lions’ final home game of the second round of the FIFA World Cup 2026™ qualifying campaign, as Singapore faces off against the Republic of Korea in the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Preliminary Match on 6 June. Be part of the roaring crowd at the National Stadium to cheer on our Lions! We welcome everyone to join us at OCBC Square and Kallang Wave Mall between 3pm – 8pm for pre-match entertainment such as football-themed activities, live spinning by Zouk DJs and more!
