Making its first appearance this year, InterContinental Singapore’s Man Fu Yuan introduces the new Garden Collection at S$72nett per box.

Each box contains four garden-themed Snowskin Mooncakes in each of the following flavours:

Roselle and Red Date (洛神花红枣冰皮月饼)
Rosemary, Almond and Green Tea (迷迭香绿茶杏仁片冰皮月饼)
Pandan with White Lotus Seed and Macadamia Nuts (班兰夏果冰皮月饼)
Rose with White Lotus Seed and Pistachio (玫瑰开心果冰皮月饼)

Garden Collection is inspired by the use of botanicals and flowers in the kitchen. Chef Kwan came up with creative and bolder step by incorporating other new elements featuring Roselle and Red Date; Rosemary, Almond and Green Tea; Pandan and Macadamia and Rose and Pistachio.

Another unique mooncake is the Roselle and Red Date (洛神花红枣冰皮月饼) which gives a refreshing difference from the traditional lotus seed paste.
